Lili Salon Spa

Run as fast as you can to visit Douglas at Lili Salon. This has been a process gray blending my hair for the last year. I got to Douglas with a mess on my hands from my previous hairdresser so I was definitely a challenge. Douglas is a genius with color and cut. I cannot believe how gorgeous this looks and how he made this happen. I love you, Douglas. You made me feel beautiful.

I recently moved to the twin cities and wanted to find a great salon and hairdresser that loves hair and cares about the total experience. Douglas and Lili Salon exceeded my expectations. After my initial consultation I knew I found my new hair home. Douglas’ experience and knowledge has changed the hair game for me with fabulous cuts and color, plus he is educating me along the way so I have great hair everyday. So happy I found him.

Amy did an amazing job with my hair, completely captured my vision, and changed my life for the moment by increasing my self esteem with such a pretty haircut, all while maintaining immaculate conversation.

Each staff person I encountered was kind and inviting, but efficient. The location is clean, and beautiful.

My daughter and I visited Lili Salon Spa as a special "treat ourselves" day prior to our trip to New York City. (My daughter is a senior in High school. She and her choir will be singing at Carnegie Hall.) Her hair treatment didn't come out as expected two adfitional stylists came over to consult. A plan was made and the very next day, she came back and left feeling gorgeous! The whole team was wonderful. I enjoyed my message very much and my stylist was incredible. The entire experience was relaxing and luxurious. My apologies for not recalling all the names, but everyone was wonderful! Thank you for taking care of us and making this extra special occasion, extra special!

First time at Lili Salon in the Galleria. Kiarra was amazing! She gave me ideas and recommendations for my cut- based on my pictures, my hair type, how I tend to style, frequency of my cuts, and what would look great on me. Very happy with the results. The salon has great vibes and a huge variety of services available. I will be back!

I had my hair cut by Ben for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience! I have fine, thin hair, and he gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. I left the salon feeling fabulous. Ben is very professional and personable, and I look forward to returning to see him regularly.

Jess was amazing! I came in with hesitation after having a not so great salon experience somewhere else. She listened to me and understood my hair needs and talked through products. Overall, great human and stylist, would recommend for curly hair girls!

I went to Lili Salon for the first time today, and I left so happy! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair already, and I am so in love with it. Bea did my blonde hair (full head highlight, with toner and root smudging). She completely understood what I wanted, and delivered better than I even imagined. She was so friendly and fun to talk to as well. Mariah did my cut and added bangs. I was so happy with the turn out of my new bangs, and the way she styled my hair after the cut. I will definitely be back again to see both of these ladies.

I truly have had the absolute best and most amazing facials from both Boe and Clara and my dear friend that I referred to Lili raves about her facial from Katie too! The spa experience that is provided here is unmatched. I always leave Lili feeling relaxed, glowing, and so very well taken care of.

I came in with a terrible haircut from the last place I went to and Cassie completely fixed it! I absolutely love how it turned out and how sweet she was during the appointment. Lili is where I’ll be going for as long as I live in Minnesota!

Book with Tilly she will listen and deliver. I wanted a professional with experience and creativity who could help me -- long blonde hair wanting a change but nothing Ive had done has really worked. I trusted her vision and judgment. Boom! Reverse balayage for a more au natural me and lovely long layers to keep me classy. Thank you Tilly!

I had a haircut from Kiarra today and I LOVE it! Even after a few requests to go shorter she was patient and gave me exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be coming back!

Ben did such an amazing job! I came in a little nervous because my hair was damaged but he gave me tons of recommendations on how to keep it healthy and also gave me a treatment. He really did a good job at getting what I wanted on top of it he was very sweet! Definitely will come back!

Heather SAVED me & my extensions. I booked with Heather last minute before an extended trip abroad to move up my seriously grown out hand-tied weft extensions. She took the time to really inspect the wefts, placement, and method of the previous installation. She went out of her way to change the placement of the extensions for a more comfortable fit AND used a completely different method to tie them in that has lasted over 7 weeks with zero issues, slipping, or bead loss! I"m only now booking a consultation for them to be moved up, but I won't need it for another few weeks.

Before, I lost several beads and the hair slipped down considerably after just 5 weeks. It was a mess. I cannot express strongly enough that Heather pays attention to detail and knows what she's doing. She even re-layered the individual strips of hair from the weft (idk how she did it) to lay more tightly and comfortably against my scalp. I will literally fly back to Minneapolis to re-book with her. She's that good. Thank you Heather!

I visited a different salon on a Saturday and asked them to balyage my hair. I left the salon frustrated and let down at the sight of my hair (BEFORE PICTURES). I called Lili Salon, not knowing anything about them except they were open Sundays. Robi was able to get me in the next day to fix everything. Robi was extremely thorough in fixing my hair, spending 4 hours fixing the damage (AFTER PICTURES). She completely saved my hair!! Lili Salon is now the only place I will visit!!

My 15 year old son went to Orville at Tonic a month or so ago and was SO happy with his haircut. He’d been trying to find his perfect cut forever and Orville hit it! A good cut is such a confidence booster for kids his age. He’ll definitely be back! Also love clean and simple barber shop vibe.

Amanda and the hydra facial was just what I needed this month!! The salon is great with amazing people and products!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!
