I’m not sure why this pharmacy gets a bad rap. I’ve been going here for years. After struggling to get my prescriptions filled at other pharmacies this place seems wonderful in contrast. I love that it’s open 24/7 as I work weird hours and I’m not always able to get to places during normal business hours. Also, they mostly have the prescriptions I need and when they don’t they communicate relevant information to me. I had the pharmacists go out of their way to help me get what I’m prescribed. I have zero complaints. Yes, sometimes the lines are long but whatever they are doing the best they can.

I’ve being using this pharmacy for years. I switched to another one for a little bit and regretted it immediately. Sometimes the lines are long but they serve so many people. Despite the fact that they are always busy I have never received rude or poor service from them.

Had to stop here quickly after my son got an ear infection after swimming at GWL.

The pharmacy experience was smooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Shelly in the printing department did an AMAZING job. I was met with “let me try and make this happen for you” which was a great attitude to have and very helpful. I ordered tri fold brochures for a networking group at 1am last night via Walgreens app which the meeting is right bright and early in the morning. I also ordered a work presentation for a client consultation to be in a binder. She did a GREAT job on both products.

The best Walgreens in the metro; I picked up my prescription yesterday, staff was polite, helpful and efficient. The pharmacists are brilliant, and have counseled me about a variety of things. The store and pharmacy are both 24 hours, and they absorbed the fertility services from another store in addition to being a store fluent in compounding medication. Thanks to the staff!! :)

Poor management and staff customer care training. myself and another customer were turned away after 1am as we waited for prescription refills . we were told after midnight customers were NOT welcome to " wait" in store for " anything".!! Since after 1am it is dark outside, & store has no waiting benches anywhere else, even outside, we got the message and left.
RUDE TO CUSTOMERS

Twice I have dealt with Alison on the overnight shift. She is the model of a fabulous representative. She is extremely competent. She asked great questions. She did research on the spot. She verified my insurance coverage before she let me go. She spent the time to resolve my questions and problems. Oh...and she was very pleasant in the process. If I had 1,000 people like her I could turn the world into a very nice place.

Pharmacy line was long but it went by so fast! Thank you!

Everything I'm looking for or need is always there except for my medication that comes from the pharmacy. They seem to never ever have my meds

Impressively fast filling of medication and transferring of meds from another store that closed early in a snow storm on Friday 12/10/21. Staff member literally apologized for a 10 second wait to punch in order on another computer. Very impressed. Would use all the time if more convenient.

They have some good sales at times.

Good assistance in printing photos from my mom's camera. Very little wait, perhaps only 10 min. Paid just under $10 for 24-26 prints. They often have coupons for cheaper prints.

I went in to have passport photos printed. If I had them taken at the store, it would have cost me approximately $140. I needed 10 of them for travelling. I had already downloaded an app and taken a picture. Elizabeth was able to print it as a picture in the right size I needed for passport photos. I paid under $1 for all 10 of them. Thank you Elizabeth - you don't know how much I appreciate all of your help and the savings!!!

The man at the Pharmacy was friendly at 4am after we got out of the emergency room. He filled our prescriptions quickly and explained each use to us. Even answering our questions.

Came in to get a huge banner from the photo department and needed lots of help. Mary Ann and Zackery were so helpful, I really appreciate there professionalism and willingness to help!
I will definitely bring all my business to Walgreens on York!

The pharmacy and store staff are always polite, professional and helpful. The store is easy to shop in when just needing a few things because parking is closer and getting in and out is faster.

Pharmacy staff were both very nice and quick service. 24 hour pharmacies are a life saver

Today I had one of the nicest cashiers Ive had at this location! Nate was incredibly helpful and friendly! Excellent customer service NATE!! I hope you remain at this location!!!

I don't understand all the poor reviews I do of course feel bad for those people but I've always gotten nothing but the best service I've been a Walgreens customer for about 5 years and have never once had an issue
