Southdale Pet Hospital

Most pets know when they get to any door that leads to a groomer or the vet and they sometimes resist going in. This is true with my little girl Hope. Except she prances right on in when she sees the wonderful staff at Southdale Pet Hospital. She loves to peek her head around the corners to see what everyone is up to. The staff greets Hope at her level and are very patient with her since she can be shy sometimes. Thank you all for what you do and how passionate you are with animals. The customer service was exceptional.
Hope and I can't wait to come back and visit again.

Everyone at Southdale Pet Hospital is always so pleasant, yet very professional to take care of my little Teddy, who is part Havanese and part tornado. Teddy is not my first pet I have brought to Southdale. I am a trusted repeat customer. These people are The Best of the Best!

As always my cat Carla was well taken care. She needed dental care which is more complicated. She was there for the day. Sparkling teeth Instructions to which for when coming out of anesthesia. Next day she enthusiastically eating her food. Next day the vets office called to check on how she was doing. Regular visits always go well. They know the humans love their pets and treat them accordingly. Highly recommend.

We had our last vet for over 35 yrs, so when she retired we tried a few different places but just couldn’t find anyone who we totally trusted and was reasonably priced. We are so happy with Dr. Adams and the whole staff! They are compassionate, knowledgeable and I never feel pressured to do unecessary tests, etc. When our dog had his teeth cleaned the receptionist was holding him in her arms when I walked in, cuddling him. How can you not love that? I am so grateful for the wonderful care our dog gets here and especially Dr. Adams!

The Docs at Southdale Pet Hospital are amazing! As is the rest of the staff! Recently had my silver lab Finn neutered. It was a seamless experience!

I'm a Deaf customer with my hearing pet, Nala. Nala and I attend the vet for Nala's annual examination. The vets and doctors show significant respect and are willing to provide alternative communication—writing in the notebook. I'm satisfied with their patience and friendliness, which means they have no problem with me when I can't hear. Nala is a very healthy two-year-old cat.

I couldn't have asked for better care for my cat as he was undergoing serious surgery. Everyone was rooting for him and was so kind. This was my first experience at Southdale Pet Hospital, and all my animals will be going there from now on.

Very caring staff. Good communication from the doctors. They were very accommodating when our elderly dog needed them.

I learned my lesson the hard way with dealing with “corporate run vet clinics” with our other dog, and so many inconsistencies and not trying to find answers to health issues on their part.

With Southdale you get excellent veterinarians, and staff that love what they do, and provide the best care and communication. As TJ grows, so does our trust in Southdale. Love the staff here!

One added note here: Even when our 15 year old cat Mak had to be put to sleep, Dr. Adams and staff handled it in a very classy, very peace of mind, very loving way. Even with Covid restrictions in place, they made a way for her passing to be an easier road, and knowing she was in the care of such wonderful professionals in her final minutes. Thank you Dr. Adams.

Everyone was amazing! I was worried as my dog is sometimes skiddish around people. But they cuddled him and explained everything they were going to do in terms I understood. Even when he went in for his dental cleaning, they were so good to both of us! I even got to see an estimate of how much it would cost, and they came in under that amount!

Just met our new vet and friends! Affordable and tidy! We enjoyed our experience. I have a new vet now!

Had to take my "grandkitty" Lady here. She got sick in my care and needed medical attention. They were able to see us within a couple hours and were so kind and thourough. Both Drs. were great and the vet techs too! Katie was so helpful and informative! All of them were, just cannot remember all the names, but took alot of time to address concerns and answer questions....highly recommend....

Dr. Adams was phenomenal! She heard my concerns and she's helping my baby girl get better. It's so nice as a pet parent to not be dismissed when your pups aren't feeling well.

Couldn't be happier with my experiences here. My oldest has had a digit removed, numerous tumors removed, and neutered. All went wonderfully, I couldn't recommend then more

The staff and vets are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They take the time to explain things to me about the why's and how's of caring for my pet. My cat doesn't mind check ups here!

My mom has been going to Southdale Pet Hospital for over 20 years so of course I bring my dog here too. Every single person who works here is kind, attentive, and thoughtful. They go out of their way to make you and your dog feel taken care of. I would never go anywhere else.

I love this place. Best vet I’ve ever had. Doctors are so nice, staff is so caring. Prices are extremely reasonable. I’ve never felt better about anyone caring for my dog. Just an awesome practice in every way.
