TUMI Store - Edina

Super impressed and appreciative of the gentleman I worked with yesterday. My husband made a large purchase for me as a Christmas gift that I knew I would not use. Online (where it was purchased) said they wouldn’t even do an exchange because we were outside the window.I made a second attempt by calling the store and spoke to Logan and she was super nice and kind and said she could help me with an exchange. Went to the store yesterday and was helped by a very nice man. He quickly helped me find pieces I could actually use, and I was out the door! Thank you to this store for your amazing customer service🙏🏻🙏🏻 I’m super excited to travel with my new pieces!! In the future I would definitely just go to the store vs purchase these items online.

I bought a carry on suitcase at this store and after a trip, realized it was the wrong match - called the store after my trip and Michael (store manager) and Logan were extremely helpful. They had me bring in my luggage asap, and swapped it out for a piece that would definitely fit my travels better. I’d highly recommend this store, service was impeccable & professional!

I purchased a Tumi suitcase at Macy's about 5 years ago. Only used it twice and was never pleased with the way it rolled but never thought too much of it. Went to use it recently and it would not roll at all. I called Tumi customer service and was quickly able to speak with a nice English speaking customer service representative who assured me that even if it was a few years old, Tumi would repair it. She offered a prepaid return label or that I could bring it into the store. I opted to bring it to the store because I hoped they might be able to fix on site. They were not, but the store was clean, employee was friendly, and my transaction was handled quickly. I received an email confirmation about my repair and have received multiple emails about where my suitcase is in the repair process. I am impressed I did not need to procure my receipt and that the repair is being done free of charge. More than anything, customer service is impressive...and the products are gorgeous too. I did end up buying a wallet when I went in for the repair.

Great service, went thru every backpack and brief case, employee was super helpful showing off the cool features. I like the hidden barcode that can be scanned to get a lost bag back to owner. Backpack was nicely gift wrapped. Thank you!

Went in to the store to return a UNUSED bag at the Edina Tumi store today and lady working there was extremely rude and started yelling we cannot accept returns on used bags.

Apparently, there was a very small white debris on front of the bag which could easily come off with minor effort. The bag was sitting at my house unused and I decided to go with other options which was the only reason on returning.

It was really humiliating to have anyone yell at me inside the store even when there was other customers inside when all I was doing was returning a unused bag within 30days.

Not sure going into store with sandals and basketball shorts and being Asian had an impact on her decision to yell? For certain, if someone else tried to return exact same bag, 100% doubt she would have reacted the way she did today to myself.

Hope she understands the Tumi's return policy of being able to return unused bag within 30days if customer is not satisfied with the item.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This morning I purchased a beautiful Tumi briefcase for $595. Got home and there was no long strap in/with the bag. I immediately called the store. The person who answered - and who sold me the bag - couldn’t help me. Really? Said I would need to talk to the manager, who was unavailable. I asked if the strap was there at the store. She didn’t know. Again, really? She took my number and again said that the manager would call me. 30 minutes went by. 45. An hour. I called back to the store. The manager was still busy and unable to speak with me. I need the bag, with the strap, for a business trip I’m going on in a few hours. Sadly, as much as I love this bag, it is going back to the store. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
