My name is Gladys and I want to let everyone who reads this about the great customer service I received in the perfume department. Kayla is amazing🌟 She greeted me with a smile and proceeded to help me with a Channel purchase. Her disposition was lovely. She made great recommendations and even gave me a sample of another Channel perfume. I liked it so much that I returned the following week to purchase it. I appreciated the complimentary 🎁 wrap. Ifra is her coworker who also helped me, and she too was friendly and helpful. Kayla, keep smiling, helping people and wearing that red lips💋stick!😉

This seems to be the cleanest Macy's I've been to. They have lots of clearance but most of it is organized! I was offered help on multiple occasions. I wanted a sweater off a mannequin and one of the employees happily undressed it for me! The clearance price was 50% less than the clearance price on the tag. Good experience!

Thank you Thank You THANK YOU to the gals at the Macy's perfume counter kind of in the middle towards the men's clothing section today! I set my phone down and forgot it, they held on to it until I turned around and drove back for it! It's a nice place to buy home stuff like bedding, crockery, utensils and more especially during the holiday season.

Welcome back Macys. For the first time since the pandemic, I felt like it was over. A nice store, well stocked, we couldn’t believe it. No “ due to Covid” bs. Great 30% off sale. Overall very pleasurable shopping experience AND we were able to CHOOSE what we went there to find, vice just taking what they had. Staff was helpful and friendly, store was comfortable and clean. One suggestion: Put a few benches outside the fitting room area, it’s pretty tiring just standing there waiting. Overall, keep up the great work.

I had a wonderful experience on 3/21/2023. An amazing woman named Ifrah helped me. She was a kind, courteous, and all around pleasant person. She was aware of my budget and was able to get me the best deal possible. In a world where kindness does not always appear she made my day. She deserves special recognition for her amazing service! Went here to look for a suit for a couple of upcoming weddings. The retail person in the men's suit dept was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful.

i love this department. i took my 6 year old granddaughter so she could buy her mommy a purse for mother's day and she bought herself some fake fingernails..fun time.

Macy's cosmetics section looks very lifeless compared to how it used to be. Home and kitchen department is where I shop mostly.I think they can add more variety and collections with reasonable prices. Over all the energy levels seem down so it's hard to shop at this store now.

It is very nice having a Sunglass Hut right in the store. It is so nice to be able to just grab the glasses and try them on. The lady there was super nice and super helpful.

Elaine at the perfume counter is an absolute Gem she is the epitome of everything great about going to a department store. She greets you with a smile and brims over with a wonderful pleasant service for the customers. I will drive an hour out of my way just because of her great service, I’m this day and age of Amazon and online ordering you can never replace an experience of the mall like I had growing up. My wife and I Loved Elaine because it brought us both back in time to the great service and experience of going shopping in a department store of days past. If the world had more Elaines the mall of this country would still be thriving !!
