This store has quite a bit more merchandise on hand than the Mankato store. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and availability of sizes. We were a little put off by the busy check out line, but it moved very quickly and efficiently! Much nicer than the past when you had to walk around the store searching for a manned checkout station.

My favorite place to shop. I love the deals and friendly workers who treat you like family. They have wonderful dresses and suits for church ladies as well as casual clothes. There are always clearance racks to buy from. Nice quality costume and real jewelry. It’s very easy to apply for a JC Penny credit card to get more discounts and savings.

Very nice to go into a JCPenney and first time in this one and my mom wanted her jeans from there which she got and some cute shirts and I got us a couple nice zip up hoodies on clearance yay and tha sweet kind cashier lady was very helpful

Took back some items and that went well. Found just what I was looking for in a top and it was on sale. Had a nice variety.

Mark -the boss is the best!! We won the $ 500 shopping spree!! We were able to get our Xmas shopping done...lots for the kids -boots,snow pants, pillows, coffee pot,lots of gifts. All things we wouldn't of been able to get. Our xmas will be the best ever!! I loved the store before but now it's our favorite place !!🌲🌲🌲🌲

This is the BEST store to get clearance or low priced clothes there is.

Very nice store. Very helpful staff member in the juniors section trying to find a shirt for my daughter.

Their sale prior to Mother's Day was wonderful. Each mom got a new outfit. Store was neat and organized.

Found the only two pairs of jeans that fit me in all of Rochester. Would recommend.

Best Store I have been in years. All types of clothes and sizes. Will be going back there again. They even had lots of dresses. Good help also

First time in years i have been to JC Penny. No reason, just forgot what they carried and all.
This store was clean, neat and well lit. We were greeted by cheerful sales people which added to the visit. The merchandise looked good quality and prices generall not too bad. Lot of things on sale which we liked since both are retired.
Looking forward to more visits to this store.

Pennys always has great sales and variety of clothing brands. Love their offerings and stop in often. Clearance sales are awesome! Hands down my favorite place to shop. Employees have always been helpful and polite.

The checkout was quick & the saleswoman , without my asking found additional savings for me ! So kind! I want to go back and shop!

This past weekend I went to the jewelry counter to get a link taken out of my husband's watch band. Penny and Carrie were super helpful and two of the best employees I have encountered in a long time!!

Great Department store! Always has coupons you can use and get great deals! We shop here every once in a while and they always have great products. Staff are usually very kind and the store is usually clean.

Want to give kudos to sales clerk Elijah. Only clerk who was aware of first people in line regardless of line they were in. And super friendly.
