Walmart Supercenter

If I *must* go to Walmart, I prefer the North as opposed to the South Walmart. The South is dirty and dangerous with a good deal of Rochester Police Department activity in the parking lot. Very strange goings on... Check out the North Walmart. MUCH BETTER!!!

A little disorganized with the Halloween events about to take place over the weekend, but felt welcome and received fast and friendly service. Nice it's right next to Sam's club at the same time.

I want to say a few days ago I went in to Walmart and I was looking for seasonings. I’m also dyslexic so sometimes it’s really hard to find what I’m looking for so I was struggling and about to give up. It was a half an hour or less before close in this lovely lady (employee) who is stocking stuff in that same aisle with the seasonings (her name was Pat she’s a older lady with light hair) well even though it was probably the end of her shift. She came over and offered to help me not only did she help me find what I was looking for and she taught me that the seasonings are alphabetically organized (which is amazing for somebody dyslexic like me)! The store had run out of one of the seasonings I needed and she ever so kindly without me asking or even knowing she could she offered to go in the back for me and look just in case! She was so friendly, personable, professional, and kind! I want to say I’ve never had a better customer service experience anywhere I’ve gone. But that’s not it today Monday, July 31 I went in right before close again as that’s when my shift ends to look for the spices I wasn’t able to get lo and behold she was there, and without hesitation, came over to me and asked if she could help! I have never met such a helpful employee before she truly deserves a raise and the best retirement plan that you guys can offer and extra PTO! She’s probably the best employee you have in that building! While the other employees there have headphones in or don’t even care to look or smile at you and when you ask them for help, they tell you they don’t know and walk away (yes, this is happened many of times at this same Walmart) She should be training them because she is beyond helpful! I truly hope you guys treat her right and give her some sort of complement and reward Because she went above and beyond for me and I just know she does it for every customer she sees! I think it was at probably the end of her shift when she had the most to do she still wanted to help your guises customers as much as she could she seems like a genuinely caring person that’s an employee worth keeping! Thank you for taking the time to read this please reward Pat for being amazing!

Great Walmart compared to most. I wasn't dodging items in the isle or tring to fing clothes on overstocked racks.

They had what I needed. Employees were helpful. Store was well stocked.

I visited the Auto Care Center at the North location for a headlight restoration on yesterday June 30th and was very pleased with the service. I was greated by Kaitlyn who managed and organized the intake process. She is a true professional. She was quite attentive, even though they were very busy. I noticed that she greated each customer in a genuine and friendly manner, gathered the information they needed and addressed all of their concerns. I was impressed. I was there for a while but she and the rest of the staff made the wait bearable. She accurately explained my wait time and the time actually flew by. Joshua did the headlight restoration and his attention to detail and mastery of the work is second to none. My headlights look brand new. I'm very pleased. Those two are a winning combination and Walmart should be proud to have such great employees.

This my number one spot I go to even though I got Sam’s club card smh. It’s good, always stock!

Hard place to shp nowadays when you have to teach the sails staff about what your looking for and the language barrier isnt helping things either plus evendentily no training at all of what thier selling come on Sam Walton try harder.
