American Eagle Store

I stopped into American Eagle because a few things caught my eye while walking by the store front. I was greeted immediately by a cheerful young lady named Emma. She then asked if I was looking for anything special and I mentioned the things that caught my eye and she assisted me right away. This girl knows her store and her merchandise!!! I made my purchases, thanked Emma and am now ready for fall with some cute new sweaters!! Thanks American Eagle and thanks Emma!!! Great job!!!

Kylie was wonderful to work with. I typically have a hard time finding clothing that will fit me well and she was able to find a pair of jeans within minutes that fit me perfectly. I need her every time I go clothing shopping! She was patient with me and asked me questions that would help her find the style and fit that I was looking for. Jen at the Apache Mall American Eagle rang up my purchase for my daughter on 6-9-19. She had a fairly long line, but was handling it extremely well. Very pleasant when I got to her and very efficient. I mistakenly used my AE account instead of my daughters (she was one pair away from a free pair of jeans), so we went in the next day, and of course ended up buying even more items, and Jen was at the cash register again. I cannot emphasize how pleasant it is to see such professionalism in such a young person! She again did a wonderful job helping us to transfer the previous purchase to my daughter's account and ringing us up, and was training a new employee at the same time. I hope I get her every time I shop there!

Giving this store a 5 star for the couple of times I've been- the workers here are usually friendly, not overly but will help if need be. As of late I cant really find a good style but AE is great for jeans. I will occasionally find a good top but I mostly come here for the jeans.

Went in here not looking for much, but came out with more then I needed! I was helped by such a wonderful staff member named Adam, and he helped me find everything! He even brought me to the clearance section to help find stuff, and help me save money! I am very impressed with how polite and sweet the staff are. 10/10 will be shopping here again

My teenaged daughter loves it here. The jeans look great, as well as the other clothing options they offer. Prices are a bit steep though.

I'm probably too old to be shopping here, but when they make the perfect bootcut jeans, it's hard to shop anywhere else.
