Costco Wholesale

I am really impressed with the optical team at our Costco in Rochester MN. Not only do they have the best selection of frames I've found in town, but they're ultra affordable. I have some specific vision issues that I've learned require custom specialty support... but this team was willing to work with me patiently (if not enthusiastically) until we solved a complex riddle with my prescriptions. Some of my glasses will still require a specialty lab, but thanks to this dedicated team of problem solvers, I now know the recipe for success when it comes to supplemental pairs of glasses to keep my style feeling fresh. I'm very grateful for their help and encourage you to give this optical team your business.

Costco, they are always a bit different depending where you are. The Hawaii one is very different! They don't all stock the same stuff, and their inventory is always changing. (Sure,some things are always there.. but a lot changes). Love our local Costco's steaks, cheeses, avocado, olive oil, pizzas, and bulk prices on high quality items.

We get the majority of our groceries and home goods here because there is such a variety of products. They are all high-quality and very reliable. The staff are amazing and so helpful and accommodating. We love all the samples and trying new items that we haven't experienced before. We just noticed in the parking lot that they have a tire pressure station, which is very accurate and precise. The gas prices are always a better deal than other gas stations. We also enjoy the food that you can order and it's ready so quickly with tables to sit at to enjoy a meal. So it is a one-stop shop at Costco for most of everything we need for daily living. We really appreciate having Costco in Rochester.

I'm giving him a five-star due to the fact that my wife lost her wallet there and they called the next day. They had our wallet. They obviously are honest people that are working there and they didn't have to do any of that. Place is extremely busy but just like the next person we're all looking to get a deal in this day and age save money on what we can

Great products great price on gas . Great price on clothes.
I left sams club because it became unsafe to shop there .
I was attacked called all kinds of racial slurs at sams club and then kicked out of the store by a sams club manager in Fridley mn foraking a complaint.
The attacker was able to continue shopping.
I really made the move out of loyalty to my family.
I would never go back .
Cosco is clean friendly and they have a way better quality of products.
Glad I. Moved.

Customer beware! They practice some sort of witchcraft that puts a spell on you! Before you know it, you are walking out with hundreds of dollars worth of items that you may or may not need but convinced yourself to get it anyway because of "it's a really good deal."
I must go now, my wife is picking me up shortly to go to Costco.

2nd time visit to this costco. Price and quality is good. Well stock, clean also.

Not all Costcos are created equal.

This one is top notch for service & atmosphere (not too busy, etc).

Only downside is they don’t carry many of the interesting Asian foods that you’ll find in West Coast Costco’s.

Always excellent customer service and another trip to Costco buying things we never went there for along with the ones we did. Awesome store

They seem to read your mind of things you need. The constant rotation of goods, makes every trip a pleasure. We have bought so much furniture here it's crazy. The stuff is really good quality. The last thing we bought did have a moldy pallet under the plastic wrapped TV stand. I went in and after getting to talk to one of the main guys, they were able to help me out. I still give this place 5 stars because it's on point everytime and even though this last purchase was less than satisfactory, they worked with me and that says a lot.

The best Customer experience I ever had. MANDY WAS fantastic she did a fabulous job and made sure that my problem was solved. She was very professional. The best Customer 👌service ever.

Great gas prices and very fast check out.

Took my boyfriend and his Daughter, their first time going, my second. Always pleased with the products and pricing. I work for a depot, and its nice to have the incentives of the executive membership with my job.
They were also amazed with how big the store is, and what they have.
Wal-Mart definitely doesn't compare, at all.

They repaired them on the spot.

Great first experience! Honestly didn't need anything I bought, but I'm a member now!!

Rich is my favorite employee there. Me and my husband go to Costco regularly (almost once a week). Rich has often been the one to mark our recept and he always has a smile on his face. Today he reminded us that the lid for our tacos can come off easy and to be careful holding it. Very nice store.

Costco does a great job of working with top notch suppliers. With things cooling off and football season, their chicken pot pies will be flying out of the case.
