It was... alright lol. Going by the other reviews here, you would assume service was terrible. That's not the case at all. When I needed help finding something, they were quick to help. They stuck around until I found what I needed. Checkout was swift. The selection is decent. I do think their style offerings in 2021 and 2022 are too casual and somewhat offputting even, but overall I like J.Crew's cut and fabrics. They have been much more liberal with their sales since the pandemic.

Some of reviews here are classist and rude. Give these guys a break.

I was there with my adult son shopping for dressy pants. This wonderful lady who helped us was very attentive and super friendly. Store is super clean and neat! Great store!!

Limited selection but it's the last store in the area. They often have great deals and will match online sales. Always left having a great experience.
