Andy needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. During my first face to face interaction with Andy, he discussed how single family rentals are a better strategy than duplex rentals. Keep in mind, I had just shared with him my duplex rental strategy. While I appreciate being challenged on things like this I thought it was odd that he would lead with this point…our first interaction. Next I sent him my tax info making it clear that I wanted to have another face to face to discuss the details of my info regarding three duplexes. I heard from him this morning. He could not understand my submissions and said he would need to file for more time and stated he did not feel like this relationship could work. After we spent some time reviewing docs and me telling him I would be happy to break out the info anyway he wanted it at this point he hung up the phone. Well done Andy….one star for your awesome customer service.

I will remove this review once you return the $33,000 dollars that you received on January 31st that does not belong to your company. I have tried resolving this through email and phone, but you are being uncooperative even though a trace of the funds has led us to you. Hopefully, you will do the right thing.
