Dr Jones is amazing and so are the nurses working here. they are very patient and kind with special needs children and have helped my daughter so much. they put the wellbeing of the child as a top priority. the only annoying thing is the referral line always disconnects the call

Wow I see so many bad reviews and I would never go anywhere else . My oldest son is 32 now and has been going there since he was 2 years old, I have 6 kids and only went here. I loved the school based clinics , Annabel was amazing , she funny and so kind and understanding, they were so many others that I love that had left. I still have adult kids that go there and so do their children. I now have Dr Jane she fits my personality, she is amazing.i love going here and I'm sure it won't stop unless they close the office. I would recommend Dr Jane to anyone, you want a great Dr she is the one you want.

Dr. Lam is my favorite dentist ever. He always answers all my questions, does a good job, and is funny as heck. Sonya Barney is the best hygeinest I have ever had. She is gentle, kind, and puts me at my ease. She really goes above and beyond, to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed. I have been going here for seven years now, and the dental crew is just wonderful. I wish they could do ALL the dental work needed. Then I wouldn't have to go anywhere else, ever.

I have been a dental assistant with this health center for 4 years now. I absolutely love the clinical team that I work with and would always recommend people to receive care with us when needed. It's a wonderful facility that truly deserves good recognition for what we do for the community. Stop by and see us!

I took my son here and he said "I'm only here for the Popsicles yaaaaayyy," so I would say he had a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The building is in a good location, but be careful to plan extra time for Arsenal Street traffic during rush hours. The facilities are well maintained, clean and modern. Overall we've had positive experiences with the North Country Family Health Center.

Had a great dental visit today! Christina helped me to get signed up for the portal and my check in went very quick. Natasha was very gentle in her cleaning and took the time to answer my questions. Dr. Lam is a great dentist and very thorough in his explanations. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dental provider!

I came into today to get my covid shot. Everything was very clean and the environment made me feel comfortable getting this important vaccine.

Ms. Annabelle gave me my shot so quickly I didn’t even know it happened. She was so understanding of my fear of needles and made sure I felt comfortable.

We've had nothing but positive experiences with NoCo Family Health Center. The front desk always picks up within a few rings and, despite being busy, they patiently answer all of my questions or direct me to the professional who can. They've been leaders in the area (and, perhaps, the state) when it comes to COVID testing and vaccination. We've entrusted them with testing and vaccinating our children, and it was done with efficiency and care. Their patient portal is user-friendly and modern. Unlike other local health centers, their portal allows parents to access their children's records without having to maintain different logins for each child. It may seem like a small detail, but it's just one more example of how NoCo makes healthcare more accessible for families.

North Country Family Health is an asset to this community and if you are looking for quality, comprehensive healthcare, this is the spot!

We brought the children here for their covid vaccine and the staff and providers were amazing. The process was fast and they answered every question we had. They were great at putting the kids at ease before the shot but still kept the process moving quickly. Thank you

This review is for the dental clinic in Leray.
These people are the BEST! On the phone. In person. Clerical. Cleaning and x-rays. Doctor exam. All of it. I don’t know how they managed to find this many highly skilled, kind hearted, patient and talented people and put them all in one place, but I am so glad they did. Everyone should experience an exam here before choosing where to continue their dental care. I’m actually looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work done. That’s something I never thought I would say. Oh, and one last thing. The flossing was painless. PAINLESS!!! You all know what I’m talking about here!

Dr. Lam is INCREDIBLE! He has a fun way of putting you at ease with humor. He’s warm, non judgemental and highly skilled. Talk about FAST! You can tell he loves his job and cares deeply for all his patients and our well being. I trust him implicitly! As for the hygienists, Sharon has the most gentle touch. They are all professional but she’s really special. She’s thorough and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She makes a lasting impression. I appreciate North Country Family Dental so much! I gave 4 stars because their resources are limited and their equipment is old. They have to refer you out to others for wisdom teeth to be pulled and if you ever need a root canal. If they had all the modern accommodations that other dental practices have, I KNOW they would 5 stars.

Wonderful experience! Holly and staff were friendly and made us feel at ease while getting our vaccinations. The process from start to finish was seamless! We were in great hands! Thank you NoCo:)

The vaccine process was very simple and very efficient. I come here for my dr and dentist as well and everyone here is so nice. I have even got my dad in here for his vaccine and transferring him here for his Dr as well.

I have a major fear of the dentist, but the Norht Country Childrens Clinic has changed
that for me. The entire staff at the clinic is extremely kind and non judgemental. During my first cleaning my hygentist was so kind and gave me help tips about brushing and flossing. I had to have a few fillings and during them the dentist and the assistant were always asking if I was doing okay. I am so greatful to that to everyone at the office. Anyone that shares
my fear of the dentist this is the dental office for you.

Dr.Lam is the best! he did all of my fillings, he even remembered that i have anxiety and worked with it so i wasnt so nervous. would deffently recomend him for work. everyone I've met in this office is so nice, i wouldn't want to go anywere else <3 Thank you guys so much!

We came to the clinic today with two teenagers who were feeling pretty nervous, and Annabelle was wonderful with them. Such a wonderful experience!

The facility was amazing. Quick and efficient for our covid vaccines. We were in and out and everyone was very pleasant and great with the kiddos!

Never had a bad experience with them. Haven't been there in years and requested my child's shot records, offered to fax or mail all the way to the west coast.

Quick and relatively painless. This is my second shot and I feel relieved being fully vaccinated. Staff is very friendly and answered all our questions and concerned.
