Home from Florida and had to stop in for my turtle latte! SOOOOOOO good! The staff are always so nice too. While you wait they have fun little trivia questions for you to think about. :)

The pina colada and mango cream smoothies are the best I’ve ever had. I work in the mall so I get them pretty often. The only thing is the price. $8 for just a smoothie feels criminal but then again it’s mall prices in 2023. Very friendly staff too.

I love coffee and I been in Rochester for about for 1 year and all coffee places sucks here (starbucks,dunkin,etc.). So I ordered from door dash for the first time here and Damn this is without a doubt the best coffee In Rochester.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. All the employees are so friendly and make our drinks perfect every time. My fiancé and I’s favorite- worth going out to even if we’re not nearby!

Absolute favorite coffee. I have never walked in and not had to get in line. Portions and quality way better than Starbucks. I hope they never leave rochester!

I have been coming to Gloria Jeans for many years. The service is always great and the drinks are amazing the staff know me and what I drink they have a punch card for a free one once it’s full don’t forget that because who wouldn’t want a free drink at the end of that Coffee Rainbow. If you are at the Greece Ridge mall stop on in at Gloria Jeans you won’t regret it

😍 I absolutely love Gloria Jean's, especially the Greece Ridge Mall location. The staff is always so friendly. They help with recommendations when you want a little switch up from your normal, and make your coffee to perfection every single time! I would most definitely recommend them if you have never been before.

I've worked in the mall for years so I regularly come here and the customer service has always remained the same. Very polite and just happy. I love the energy they all bring.
Usually I would order the Very Vanilla Chiller and it's always done perfectly.

Highly recommend! We go here every Thursday before we start our errands.. gives us a great kick to start the day. So delicious and very friendly place. The owner knows our drink by heart now. Love this place!!

Smells great and staff was super friendly...had a cooler but coffee smelled great...it was amazing

i LOVE this place! the drinks are delicious, the staff is friendly and patient. when i tell you the chiller drinks are to die for, i mean it! the music is great and the ambiance is also super chill. absolutely better than starbucks. my boyfriend is obsessed with this place as well. we come here like twice a week because it’s just that good!!! only downside is it is expensive but cheaper than starbucks! what else can you ask for!
