Had a minor fender bender and required another insurance company to repair my vehicle was told to go to Citro's Autobody. Everyone I came in contact with was awesome. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I can't say enough good things about the repair job on my car, from the customer service to the actual work. My car looks fantastic and you can't tell it's a new front door or that paint work was done to the rear. Margarita was an angel as far as keeping me informed and walking me through the whole process. I Wholeheartedly recommend Citro's.

I recently had a repair done and the customer service here from Margarita (I believe that is her name) was incredible. She was very communicative throughout every step of the process and set expectations with me clearly. And my car came back looking like new. I highly recommend this business.

Citro’s was amazing with my truck.
They were clear on all work that had to be done and the details. The overall work was done quickly, faster than I expected and all together the service was excellent!! This was my second time using them, and hands down the best around town!!

The repairs also excellent. Ash called me to advise me my clips was cracked, nice to have a courtesy call.

I had gotten into an accident and had my car towed to Citros over the weekend while they were closed. First time ever trying this company. I left a voicemail hoping for the best.. Jerry called me back first thing Monday morning and was super pleasant and informative. He kept me updated through the whole process, and was very knowledgeable about how insurance handles claims. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and worked to fit me into the schedule as quickly as possible. Couldn’t have went any smoother. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CITROS FOR YOUR AUTO REPAIR NEEDS!

10I recently found myself in an accident with a driver whose choice was to have minimum state coverage. I was just about ready to give up on fixing my 2021 Honda until my insurance provided me with Citros as the auto body shop to provide yet another appraisal for the potential costs. From the moment I began my journey with Citros, I only spoke to two people, one who is the sweet woman, who I’d love to remember her name but can’t, in the office and Gerry. Both of whom took initiative and time to fill me in and keep me informed. Once estimated cost was determined luckily my insurance said they would be fixing my vehicle and rather than have my car sit for weeks while parts were ordered, Getty had me keep my vehicle as to not be inconvenienced any more. Once parts were in they never came to me about anything other thank updates on completion. Gerry was honest and upfront during entire process and was able to stay within a short time frame. The damages well exceeded $10,000 and basically needed to replace everything on passenger side. When I arrived to get my vehicle i was shocked. It was detailed, interior and exterior, new tires on passenger side and all. It looked like the day I bought it. I’m thankful for Gerry and his patience during w process and so happy I avoided the entire process of usual auto places hassling and making me question everything. Thank you Gerry. My family appreciates your kindness and help.

I am very happy with the care and concern I received while my car was at Citro’s. They did an awesome job on the damage that I had on my car. Jerry and Doreen were very pleasant and professional to deal with. No problems whatsoever. I would definitely go to Citro’s again if I needed them. Great job!

This is the 2nd time we have used Citro’s for auto body work. Not only do they make the process incredibly easy, the quality of work is top notch. Jerry handled my case and walked me through all of the options, the work completed and why certain areas needed replaced vs repaired. Overall, very happy with the service and craftsmanship

Very professional. Delayed the delivery date but delivered on time anyway, which made it confusing but no big deal. Gave them 5 stars on Insurance survey as well. Definitely would go back again and recommend to friends and family. I only wish they'd repair rust... :-)

I would use Citro's Auto Body again. My car was ready earlier than expected and it looked like it did from the dealer. The staff was professional and communicated with me the entire time and made dealing with the insurance company and repairs easy.

Citro's worked directly with our auto insurance company making getting our car repaired easy. Repairs look great and were completed on-time. Good communication and customer service.

Excellent customer service, Doreen kept us in the loop every step of the way, everyone was so nice to us from scheduling the first appointment to handing the keys back to us once the repairs were finished. Body work is EXCELLENT. My mother's car was rear ended and the amount of damage to it nearly rendered it totaled. Got the car back yesterday and you would not be able to tell this car was even in a collision. They are right on the money and make sure that you are 100 percent satisfied, I would say we are 110 percent satisfied! Thank you for making the process absolutely painless. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Went here to get a quote. I had some scratches on my bumper that I was hoping to have buffed out. The place down the road was going to charge me $760. I’m glad I came here instead. Citro’s is amazing and they offer wonderful customer service.

The shop is awesome. Had a minor accident and my insurance sent me to these guys. No wait line. Manager is extremely friendly and attentive to detail. They did body work to my car in record short time.
