The team worked quickly and effectively to help jump start my car and ultimately swap out my car's battery – all on very short notice. I am very appreciative of the fast turnaround and excellent customer service.

Drove from Beacon to come here after finding them on RepairPal. Their price was very fair, they worked fast, and they were incredibly nice and helpful. I would highly recommend!

This place is very clean, the owner is exceptionally courteous, and they offer free drinks and wifi! On top of that, their prices are similar or lower than many places in the area. No brainer.

I went to WEST POINT AUTO SPA & LUBE to do an insurance inspection for my car. There was an issue with the transaction, so i had to come back. i called and spoke with Babu. He was so understanding and accommodating, he went above and beyond to get it completed properly. He called the company and called me back several times to follow up and make sure that everything went through and even gave me complimentary car wash. I highly recommend the place for inspections or car washes, it was a great experience overall.

I was informed my insurance was going to drop if didn’t inspect my vehicle, I called West Point auto spa and they recognized my need and asked me to bring the vehicle that same same day. I appreciate the service and hospitality given to me that day. You guys are great.

I always come here for my oil changes. All staff are very friendly and the service is always done correctly and quickly. My 20 year old was taken advantage of (because she's a young female) at the place on West Point- at the gas station there but the West Point Auto Spa and Lube ALWAYS take great care of her. They go out of their way to help her. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

This Car Wash is by far one of the friendliest and best looking car washes that I have been to. The staff goes out of the way to help, I ended up getting an oil change and the "Corporal" wash. The manager (Nick) ended up helping me replace my wipers as well for free of charge.
I would recommend going to see Nick.

Best service from auto shop I've seen in a while. Definitely the best around NY. I'm from the south and these fellas exemplify Southern hospitality based on their quality of service and care. Their waiting room looks like a hotel lobby, with free drinks and wifi. They're always accessible, quick turnaround time, decent prices, explains everything in detail, and always willing to go beyond what's expected. This is the place I always go to and recommend to all my friends.

These guys were super nice ! I had to get a photo inspection for my insurance company and they fit me in last minute. Everywhere else I called told me I’d be waiting a half hour or more but they got it done within a few minutes which was also really helpful and appreciated !

I had a car wash at this establishment yesterday, as I have been there many times before. Babu is always a very friendly and courteous attendant. He did a great job on my car.

They are fast, attentive, and the staff is really genuine in wanting to give you the best car for your care and family. My 10 month old was able to crawl around while we waited for about 35 mins for our car (floors are emaculant). Then, on top of all that, Stephanie (front desk), spent over an hour trying to fix and issue I was having with my out of state tag renewal situation. To say this team cares would be an understatement. Looking forward to the next couple years with them.

Just came from this establishment, let me start, by saying, amazing customer service! It appeared the car wash was closed; to my surprise the very friendly lady at the front came out and told me there had been some mishap, but she and the mechanic proceeded to provide a fabulous car wash service!!! My Audi, is now sparkling!! Thank you!!!!

These guys detail your car right. Very friendly folks here. I have done more than just a wash here and they only talk about what you looking for and need. No misleading up selling. A recommended stop.

Great place! Had a spot on my car that didn't come off when I went through the regular car wash but they were able to get it off within 5 minutes! Definitely try it out.

They did a great job bringing my car's finish back to life, after the dealer I bought it from botched the "prep" on it. You also couldn't ask for more courteous service. A+

I travel a lot for work, so finding this hidden gem was awesome! I got the "Major" which was well worth every penny. More importantly, my truck was spotless just in time to pick up my Manager... I will definitely be coming back! Thanks guys ;)

Came here for insurance photos, and didnt realize i needed an appointment. However the staff was highly professional and assisted me anyways. Took only 10 minutes!

Great mechanic. He will take good care if your vehicle. Place is a lil pricey though.
