U Store of Watertown

I rented from U Store of Watertown at their Coffeen st property. It was amazing how easy it was to rent a unit. I never had to speak to anyone- I did it all online! The monthly payment was reasonable and again super easy to do as it was online. The owners were amazing and friendly. I recommend U Store to everyone!

U Store is AWESOME! Their team is friendly, responsive, and took great care of me. I've recently moved to the area and wasn't sure who to trust my belongings with. The buildings are in great shape and well maintained. I had an issue with my padlock lock and they raced right over to take care of it. I've recommended them to a few people already. 10/10!!

I rented a storage unit for the first time at Muffock street location.
I cannot think of anyway the staff could have been more helpful. They answered all my questions and were great at helping me pick the right size for my needs.
They also went above and beyond when my dog hit the door lock button on the truck I was using while the keys were in the ignition.
They did not need to help, but they did and retrieved the keys for me saving a locksmith call.

If I ever need a storage unit I will definitely come back to this one. Great customer service, Matt was available whenever I needed help accessing my storage unit and installed a lock for me. There are cameras installed around the Units, safe place. Clean as well.

Nice people to do business with. I’ve used their units at multiple locations. They have faculties all over the county which makes it handy when moving from one place to another. They keep the facilities looking nice. They recently painted a building I was in. Highly recommend.

I've had a spot with U store since 2018 and they have been nothing but wonderful and helpful. I remeber my locks being frozen solid after a winter freeze and within 10 minutes of a call they were there to thaw and unlock. Along with that they have been able to work with me on the occasional late payment during hard financial times like 2020 and times I was out of state for extended period. Couldn't be happier with the experience

Great experience. The Coffeen staff is super accommodating. Matt was especially helpful and even got a lock for me as I was out of town. Everyone there bent over backwards to accommodate any request. Used the locker at all times of the day and night. Decent pricing as well.
