Dave Goldberg Plumbing & Heating

Last week my hot water heater reached the end of its useful life. Originally installed by Dave Goldberg Plumbing about 18 years ago, it served us well. I called Goldberg and the next day they came with a new replacement. The price was reasonable and the work was performed to my complete satisfaction. They took their time with the installation and kept the area clean.
Anthony was fantastic. He dedicated the time to explain about the new heater and patiently answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend Goldberg Plumbing & Heating.

I'd like to give a special shout out to Carlos and Jimmy. Carlos was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. His apprentice Jimmy is certainly learning from him and was in lock step without needing instruction. Before leaving, everything was tested and up and running as it should be.

I had a leaky shower faucet in my kid's bathroom and called Goldberg at 10:13 AM on a Wednesday morning. I haven't had the best experience with plumbers in the past and was paranoid that I won't have someone come for such a small job and/or will be told I need to replace the whole shower system to make it worth their time. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send someone over today and was given a window between 2 to 4. They called me back at 12:47 telling me that they've finished their other job early and can come over now. Carlos showed up at 1:13 and within 5 minutes of seeing my faucet, he diagnosed the issue to be worn out washers. I can't say enough of the great experience I had with Carlos and will definitely recommend Goldberg going forward.

They we're absolutely incredible! They helped me with a major issue right before the holiday weekend..they went above and beyond dealing with other agencies that were involved and made the necessary arrangements to get the fix done asap. Genuinely concerned about our situation and getting it done. I would recommend them 100 times over!

On Mother's day, Sunday, we lost water pressure. I confirmed that power was going to the well pump, but there was no water pressure. I left a message at the Emergency number and within 5 minutes I got a call back. I explained my situation and she told me to shut off the pump breaker and wait 1 hour. One hour later we had water pressure. She suggested that I might have a toilet running. I checked and she was right. Now we are back to normal, no service call – Just Great Service. You have got to love Goldberg Plumbing.

Goldberg Plumbing installed a new well pump with controller and electrical cabling for me at my home in Yorktown Heights, in the middle of a snow storm! I called in an emergency, no water condition, and they responded. A many thanks goes to Zoanne (sorry if I mispelled) in the office, Carlos and Kevin in the field!

If you need plumbing services and you don’t call Dave Goldberg plumbing and specifically ask for Anthony you’re doing yourself a disservice, I’ve been using Dave Goldberg plumbing for over 40 years and they have never failed me. Their technician/plumber Anthony is wonderful, he works neat he works fast he works clean he is knowledgeable courteous and a pleasure to bring into your home for plumbing services. They replaced my sump pump with a new unitAnd they tested it out and cleaned up. Truly a five star operation and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any of their plumbing services.

We have used Dave Goldberg Plumbing whenever we need a professional plumber for the last 10 years or so. This week they coordinated with our water company to fix a leak in the main pipe coming into our house.
Kevin, located the problem and fixed the leak in a timely manner. We highly recommend Goldberg Plumbing.

This was our first experience needing a plumber, and Goldberg Plumbing took our call off hours, and had their guys at our house two hours later! They fixed what we needed to be repaired, explained everything to us, and there were no surprises !

Happy with Goldberg Plumbing. Customer service is very responsive and helpful, and walked me through a few things I could do on my own to deal with frozen pipes, even though they were very busy. Mike and John came out asap, fixed what I needed in a timely manner and did a great job. Pleasure to work with. Would hire again.

The office staff was friendly and responsive, and they were proactive in dealing with scheduling around a snowstorm on the day of service. The plumber Carlus was on time and worked quickly, very communicative in explaining the workings of the water heater to me, and was properly masked and distanced the entire time.

Goldberg Plumbing did a first rate job rewiring my new workshop. They ran the new lines, installed proper ground fault outlets were needed, and returned to finish when the primary inspection was completed. I'll definitely use them again for my next project.

We went on a short ski vacation, and meanwhile back home the boiler broke down. By the time we returned, the house had frozen completely. Guys showed up on short notice on the afternoon of New Years Eve. They were quick, professional, and cordial. Worked late, explained everything as they went and how much it was likely to cost. There was no surprise at the end. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Mike and his partner (sorry, I didn't get his name) did a superb job on a leak I had in the waste line from my upstairs toilet. They called before coming, arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up. I've used Goldberg before and they've always done an excellent job.

Always the first to respond in urgent situations. Courteous, professional, reasonable and always fixes the mess! (This time, main plastic pipe from well had a small crack/leak in it. Plus, the check valve had gone bad. Came within a couple of hours, replaced pipe and valve. Problem solved.) Another plumber did not call back for TWO days ... and another could not commit to any time window. Insert roll-eye emoji here.

I ncredible local plumbing operation. I recommend them to ally real estyay clients and use them in my own home. The behind the scenes staff are so thorough, great at trouble shooting issues, dealing with the various towns and their offices, code departments etc. The technicians are personable, teliable and effecient. What more could anyone ask for.
