Very good stuff, we came in to browse and found alot of things we never even knew about, the man who was working was a nice guy, he was helpful and not pushy. Definitely going to be back soon.

Make sure you check your item well. My wife bought me a Funco for my birthday, and the minute she left the store, she noticed the box was damaged. She went back to get another one, and they did not have any more. She asked for her money back. They stated they do not refund any money? That she could take store credit Why if the item was damaged? They just lost a good customer.

Today I was about to buy a very over priced plushy but because it was for my daughter I said sure.....until I noticed the older lady who works in the store was following us around - I've never been racially profiled before but this was definitely noticeable. I purposely went back to an area of store that I didn't need to go back to, just to see what she would do and that confirmed it. Because of that I purposely didn't the toy buy from this store and ended up buying it from Hot Topic in same mall.

Their products are trash! It’ll only last you 30 days and you can’t do anything after they’ve sold you defective items. Don’t shop here not worth your money.

I used to work for this company. Most unprofessional company I ever worked for. I was released by the company with no reason why. Instead of informing me of my release privately they did it in publically in the middle of the mall with a mall full of people publically. I was forced to go in during snowstorms and state government officials said no body on the roads. They have zero regards for their employees.

Only company that will not let customer return a gift for a store credit. Must have a receipt or they are NO help, whatsoever!
Will never shop here.
