I found MCK online and was glad I did. Doug and Alan did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet. Doug even thanked me for having the cabinet under the sink cleaned out. The price was reasonable also. Will use them again.

Chris, the owner, showed up on the day I called about a broken water heater. After checking the unit it was determined that it had to be replaced. As it was under warranty, Chris took over, calling the manufacturer and helping me chose the best option which was to replace it with another and take buyout from manufacturer.

Chris then showed up the very next morning, installed the new unit, and cleaned up the area making it better than before he started.

Chris was fantastic to work with!!! Courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I will using Chris again for all my plumbing work!!!!!

Best plumbing service I've found in all of my years in Mahopac.
Called on Super Bowl Sunday because of a pipe leaking in my bathroom wall. Chris showed up within 45 minutes, and replace the entire pipe and fittings. Professional, clean, and very fair priced. I would highly recommend to anyone

The list of contractors who can come to my house a second time is very short. They have to do excellent work and do it for a reasonable price. MCK did way better than that. My job was supposed to be done in a day and grew complicated and took two days and they did it cheerfully and carefully. In fifteen years of roofers and plumbers and electricians and masons coming and going, sometimes staying for weeks, this is one of the best experiences I've had. I recommend them without hesitation, in fact I encourage people to hire them. They really care about the standard of work and are also just excellent guys to stand around and talk to.

When I needed quotes on a new oil burner, MCK was recommended to me. After getting other quotes, they turned out to give the best for the lowest price. At first I was a bit questionable but went with them. THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!

MCK did work for us on 2 separate occasions:(1) replacement of an expansion relief valve on our boiler and (2) several plumbing jobs: resetting a toilet, replacing toilet fill valves, replacing showerheads, adding 2 new hand-held showerheads, and assisting in removing a stuck hose diverter outside. Doug and Victor were excellent: skilled, efficient, and extremely easy to work with, and all the jobs turned out great. It has been a few months now, and we have had zero problems with the installations. Highly recommend!

I moved in Mahopac recently and wanted to change all plumbing fixtures and boiler due to the age. Called MCK plumbing and had a pleasure of talking to Stacey to set up free estimate, she worked around my schedule to get Chris on site to check out scope of work. I was stereotyping and expecting some grumpy man to show up for pricing, but to my surprise Chris was very professional and polite. He took his time evaluating the work needed to be done and got back with the proposal for high effcient boiler and fixtures within couple of days, i must say the pricing was little higher then i expected but he also showed me the work he has done at other customers houses and he also came well recommended, so i gave it a shot. On the day of installation Chris came with his crew right on time and started the work, they used booties and floor protector around the work area. Just like him his crew was very professional and courteous they completed the entire job in said time and explained all the work done. Whole job came out very neat and it was money well spent. Looking forward to running my new energy efficient boiler this winter.
