Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.

I switched over from T-Mobile on Monday and was worried my text messages wouldn’t transfer over. Tim helped me and comforted me as I was very nervous and made it happen and I wasn’t missing any of my important messages on my new phone! Without Tim being so helpful and being a person first I’m not sure if I would’ve switched. If I could leave just Tim 5 stars I would!!!! 100% recommend this location if working with Tim.

My husband and I have been Verizon customers since the start of cell phones and this was the first time we experienced exceptional customer service. Mohammed was amazing, patient, smart and kind. He helped us with so many things that we didn't even know. He took the time to explain everything to us. We never felt rushed even though the store had closed. Thank you Mohammed! We appreciate you!

Malik is amazing! I've been coming to see him for over a year now and he always gives me the best deals. He takes his time with me to make sure I completely understand everything and never rushes. Recommend him and this location. Great experience everytime I walk in.

Great experience after a very frustrating day. My phone was on the older side, but Malik tried everything possible to get it functioning again. In the end it was time for a new phone. He helped me get the best possible upgrade without costing me anything crazy. Super happy with the new phone and overall assistance by Malik. Definitely would recommend this store and employee. Mohammed has been a pleasant experience after 3 days of being locked out of my email he kept up with me and figured it out for me and was able to get all my information over. I will 100% be returning to this store. I haven’t had a better experience since switching over to Verizon. He will always be my go to rep.

Excellent service by Malik, very knowledgeable and will find a way to fix any issue. Customer service is outstanding. He stayed late to help us last year. Upon return he take the same care. He treats us like family.

Mohammad was great! Was so helpful easy to talk to and friendly! Took care of everything I needed with no issues! Sometimes this stuff can be stressful but was at ease the whole time I appreciate the service! If I could give more stars I would!

Very friendly, quick and efficient. They were great about explaining our options. We were in and out in about 30 minutes with a new phone.

Today (02/07/23) we had to replace another phone and had the pleasure of working with Jacob. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and had us all set up with the new phone within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this store.

Brian Oot was absolutely amazing. He helped us out so much with getting new phones. He answered all our questions we had. He has a lot of knowledge and is very kind.. I even switched from cricket and i used cricket for 10+ yrs. I definitely recommend him to anybody and will definitely be telling my friends and family about his awesome customer service. I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon store. I entered the store in a bit of a panic unable to upload my data to my new phone from my old phone that had completely died! I was met at the door by a gentleman named Meek who asked how he could help me. I told Meek my problem and he immediately got to work restoring what data he could from my old phone to my new phone. Meek was very knowledgeable professional and easy to talk to, very kind and courteous. Because of Meek's customer service, I decided I would purchase from the store a screen saver & case etc for my new phone. Meek and some of the other staff members worked as a team to gather the items and make sure I had everything I wanted . I was very happy with this Verizon (in Fairmont/Camillus NY and I will refer my friends to this store for any future service.

My husbands SIM card had failed, so we went into the store and met with Daniel. He was very patient as we got ahold of family to approve the change to the husbands plan, he made sure we understood what was happening step by step of the process too. Towards the end he even mentioned it only being his fourth day there. His customer service skills were great! Thank you for being so patient and helping us get the problem resolved!

My experience has never been so easy before I made an appointment with Mustafa and he was able to get in me in ASAP and sell me a phone I was very very happy with my experience today and would like you to know that Mustafa is one helpful salesman and I highly recommend seeing him!!!
