Showroom has a ton of options to see in person. Customization and ordering process extremely easy and efficient. Big shout out to the installation day team Jose alone and Daniel Teo! They were amazing!! They worked right through the morning despite the rain and even accommodated some tweaks to placement of our rock wall. Thank you !

A fabulous experience from start to finish! Naim was incredible at explaining the differences between the multiple swing sets, and what would best fit our family’s needs. He was patient as we made decisions and very thorough to ensure we got a great sale and everything that we wanted/needed.

The install crew was equally as fabulous. Jose L. and Jose P. arrived on time as confirmed by the previous day, ensured the placement was not only where I wanted, but what was best/safest. They worked quickly and efficiently. They both ensured that I understood and was happy with each step of the process.

Nicolas and Juan (from the Mahopac location) installed the fantasy tree house for us this week. They were outstanding and incredibly hard working. They were so patient and knowledgeable as we figured out exactly where the set would go. They answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job overall. I would definitely use best in backyards again for other products based on my experience with Nicolas and Juan yesterday.

Miguel, Joel, Melvin and Abner did an amazing job on our 16x40 Deck! We were very worried when picking a contractor for this very large scale project. My friend recommended Best in Backyards as they did an amazing job with her patio deck and the team was very clean and precise. I could not recommend this group of guys more! They made sure every detail was perfection and the really did an amazing job. We upgraded to the lights on the stairs and also the black metal railings and it was worth the cost. We have received so many compliments on the finished deck and have been enjoying it all summer!

100% EASY PROCESS.
My husband and I were on the hunt for a large shed. We joke that we need a house in our yard for all of our "stuff". We made the mistake of ordering a shed online 2 yrs ago only to have it fall apart in such a short time period. Yes yes, we primed and painted. The quality was not good, to say the least.
We decided to try Best in Backyards since we had such a positive experience with our swingset. We did not call to make an appointment. Luckily, Naim, who helped us with our swingset was working. After touring some sheds onsite and expressing our likes, dislikes and needs; Naim helped us build our DREAM shed from style, color, window detail, ramp detail & shelving. Who know a shed could be so fancy? We walked out VERY happy.
We hired BiB to level the ground and set up site for shed. Michelle called to arrange the appointment, staff showed up and it was done. No issues.
Michelle called to arrange an appointment to build shed. Willy, Nicolas and Gilber texted a few before showing up. When they arrived on site, they got straight to building. A few hours later we had a beautiful shed. Literally not a SINGLE issue on their part. There was an issue on my part. I wanted a different shelf situation. After calling Naim and speaking with him Willy, Nicolas and Gilber were able to accomodate my needs. (I did end up purchasing the loft as well).
All in all, such a great experience. I love my shed. I sometimes hide in there for some quality alone. I jest. I jest.

We had a backyard playset delivered and installed today and our experience from purchase to installation was terrific. We visited the showroom on Black Friday and Naim was our salesperson. He was friendly and communicative and helped us navigate the process of picking out a set and customizing it to our needs. After we committed to a set and made the purchase, he informed us that we should expect a call early the following week to schedule our installation. We were called promptly on Monday for scheduling and chose a date for installation that was a little over 2 weeks from the purchase date. They called us 2 times to let us know that earlier installation dates/times were available should we want to schedule for sooner; I certainly appreciated the thoughtfulness but kept our original appointment. Today on installation day I received a call from Jose letting me know they were 30 min away. When they arrived, they asked if I could go to the backyard with them to discuss location, layout etc. Jose and Juan did the installation and asked all the important questions to make sure we would be happy with the end result. Overall had a great experience and would recommend to others in the area!

Process in building or playground was excellent. Staff was extremely knowledge and not pushy. We worked with Naim who we had a great experi nice with. Product is great and super sturdy. The installers Henry A and Jose L were extremely helpful and did an amazing job on the installation. They took their time and made sure we were happy. A+ all around.

Byron and Juan did an amazing job delivering, unpacking and installing the hot tub. Byron is also a great driver. After installing everything they cleaned all the boxes and the driveway. Very friendly and nice people. I wish we had more people like Byron and Juan.

From start to finish we had an amazing experience with the entire team in building a new deck. It all started with Naim at the showroom. He explained everything, was patient as we asked many questions and got other estimates to compare. Given the town permitting requirements, Best In Backyards made me feel most confident that we would navigate the entire process seamlessly, and we did! Naim in the showroom, Rebecca from the planning team and Joel from the install team were all excellent! The end result was better than we imagined. Highly recommend this team!

We purchased a swing set for our toddler plus the border and mulch. We couldn’t be happier! Kyle was great during the sales process. Henry and Maco were outstanding during the installation process. They all were super professional and went above and beyond to make our experience extremely positive.

We just had the most wonderful experience with Best in Backyards. We went to look at playsets and Diane was simply fabulous in explaining all the differences and which one would best fit our needs. All the info was very clear from the moment of the purchase and also the delivery day was set. Few days before they called us to confirm the delivery day that was initially communicated. The crew (Joel and Juan) showed up right in time and they were amazing to work with. They looked at our backyard and gave advice on the best way to place they playset which it was really appreciated. They worked hard and finished assembling everything in a couple of hours. Their work was very professional. Our experience was great from start to end and we highly recommend Best in Backyards.

From the moment we walked into Best in Backyards, Naim was super helpful and showed us a variety of hot tubs. He didn't pressure us at all. Michelle in scheduling was very helpful and was able to schedule delivery quickly and when I was off from school. When Byron and Juan came to deliver the new hot tub and take the old one away I was quite impressed because they had a difficult task to remove the huge, old hot tub. They did it no problem and they even swept up after they were done! Alfredo came to start the hot tub up and he was so patient (especially when another repairman and the landscapers arrived at the same time! ). He went over everything and even video chatted a few days later when we had a question. I cannot say enough great things about Best in Backyards! I would highly recommend them from start to finish!

From Diane Meade as my sales rep to Byron and Juan delivering and leveling my shed, I am very happy with the outcome and how nicely it is built. They even crawled under the shed and put extra support blocks since it is for my car to stay out of the weather!!!

Naim Brahimi at the Mahopac store assisted our community with the repair of aluminum railing that was damaged by a car. Best in Backyard did our original installation about 5 years ago and we love it. Naim did a great job on getting this done, as did the installer Joel. Thank you!

Went to Best In Backyards to inquire about a new deck install after seeing them installing a deck up the road from me. When I entered the showroom I was greeted by Naim who was professional and polite. I informed Naim I was looking to replace an old deck. He was patient, knowledgeable and informative showing me many options available to me. Never pushy. I decided what I wanted and eventually had the deck installed. Entire process was effortless and I was absolutely satisfied with the final install. Would definitely recommend others to seek out Naim, for their backyard project.

I went in to buy a trampoline, and I walked out with a pool! I didn't know Best in Backyards sold and installed pools, so I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed a pool display inside the store. Other contractors we had called were booking two years out, but Diane and her team said they could get it done for me this year. We are so happy that we went with Best in Backyards, and our experience was so much better than some friends and neighbors who used other companies. Diane was super helpful and knowledgable throughout the process, and Bryan (in charge of the installation project) and Scott (store manager) expertly managed the timeline and work without delays or issues. Rebecca navigated getting our plans approved by the town quickly, even with a wetlands issue that required some redesign of our original drawings. We now have a beautiful backyard oasis with an in-ground pool, gorgeous patio, hot tub, fence and new deck. Kevin on the pool installation team, Joel on the fencing and Alfredo on the hot tub setup were all extremely responsive and professional. Great one-stop shopping for everything we needed without need to deal with multiple contractors and scheduling. We were swimming two weeks after the pool went in the ground, and another month later all the finishing touches were done. Although it's a big store with a number of branches, it really feels like a family owned business. Thank you Diane and team!

Thank you to Best in Backyards, we got a new deck! We worked with Naim to start the process and paperwork. Everything went smoothly. It is exactly what we wanted! When the project began, we worked with the foreman Bryan and his crew. They were exceptional to say the least and we were beyond happy with the finished deck! We had a great experience with bestinbackyards! From the extremely rainy cold day we picked to look at swing sets to selecting the right one for our space, Mark Mclure from the Mahopac location was extremely patient and knowledgeable and really helped us in picking out the right set. The delivery and installation process was delightful. Michelle was helpful in picking the right day and even informed us when earlier delivery was available. Then installation date wow Jairo and Ariel were so nice making sure that the set went in the best location in our yard. It was just amazing my daughter was so surprised when she arrived from school and the set was being put up. Thank you for all the help the set is lovely and our family is over the moon with it!!!
