Proper Service

This was the first time that I brought my Audi in for service, after many years of taking it to the dealership, and Joe and his team did a great job! They completed the work when requested and were much more affordable and extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future automotive needs.

Proper Service is my go-to shop for all vehicle work. They are certainly best in business. I just wish they were closer to White Plains but still worth the drive. Keep doing what you are doing, Joe and your team.

It’s tough to replace your mechanic after 17 years of trust, so when we moved here, I asked everyone for their favorite mechanic. Then I read the reviews and researched. Finally called to talk to ask questions. Right choice! They were quick to respond, fair in pricing, and my car is purring once again! Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Tanner was very helpful to meet my needs. Being in the industry that I am in it is very prone to often get nails in my truck tires. Without hesitation he is able to get me in to their busy schedule.

Besides being there weekly for this issue of my tires (nails from work) proper has done multiple other services for me.

Oil changes, brakes, rotors and much more.

Excellent service and the explained everything as they went. Had two separate cars. One was more complex and the other was just new tires. Even for the tires, they did a lot of research for my Tesla and came up with some great recommendations at a lower cost.

Recent years, I have brought in 3 cars for service including regular maintenance and problem issues. I am loyal to them as they are friendly, trustworthy, responsible and professional.

I brought my car to Proper Service for its annual NYS inspection. I was immediately impressed by the organized appearance of this business and was further pleased by the cordial and professional greeting. They kept in contact with me during the inspection, pointed out (via video) the car’s single flaw, and in an impressive display of honesty told me to bring my car to the car maker’s service center where it would be repaired under the warranty. It’s an unusual pleasure to deal with a thorough, punctual, ethical place of business. Glad I found them.
