Russell Bleakley Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a neighbor who had praised his work. A large part of my house had been destroyed by water damage and all the kitchen and bathroom lines and fixtures, on two floors, had to be addressed. His estimate was articulated and reasonable - and it was a big job. Russ did very fine work of fixing everything back to a better operating order than I had initially enjoyed. His work was neat, exacting and the results were beautiful and efficient. I highly recommend his services.

I contacted Russell regarding an automatic house generator. He arrived on time, was friendly - and most importantly, he was knowledgeable! He suggested other options we could consider that would be less costly and allow for a quicker turnaround. There was no hard sell - just letting us know what our options are. He put us in contact with another contractor for another piece of our project who was as knowledgeable and as pleasant as Russell. We are in the process of evaluating these great options and will most likely move forward with this team

We contacted many plumbers about having a new toilet installed. Everyone was very overpriced. Russell installed our toilet the next day and even removed the old one. Very professional, kept the job site clean and was very honest. Would recommend them any day of the week.

Russell's team did the plumbing for a new bathroom/laundry room renovation on our second floor. A challenging project on a 50+ year old house. Great job and they returned when called for servicing on a Kohler sink faucet - no additional charge. We hired them to update the six zone manifold on our oil burner, also a good experience. On time, on budget.

We had an old pipe unexpectedly burst in our basement recently, and we couldn't find the shut-off valve because it's an old house that we just moved into, and we weren't familiar enough with the plumbing routing. I found Bleakley Plumbing through Google and hoped for the best. I explained my problem to the woman who answered the phone, and within minutes she dispatched someone to our home. He arrived within 30 min of my phone call, which was shocking. Turns out, the owner himself showed up to fix the problem. Russell was courteous and knew exactly where to go to shut off the water supply to keep our basement from flooding any more than what had already accumulated. He made the repair and suggested that we also replace the old corroded valve that wasn't too far from where the pipe had burst. He was in/out of our house within 30-40 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness, courtesy, and quality of the repair. Lastly, I was expecting to pay an upcharge for an "emergency" visit which is what I've experienced with other utility services but he said that he happened to be not too far away when I called so there would be no upcharge. He didn't have to tell me that and I gladly would have paid extra for responding so fast. I was blown away by his honesty. Would highly recommend this company.

Russ Bleakley Plumbing is the best. Russ has great knowledge and can get to the problem and have it resolved quickly. I don't normally give recommendations, however, this is an easy one. Highly recommend Russ Bleakley Plumbing and heating.

Russell Bleakley has been our go-to person (and company) for all of our plumbing and related electrical work. His prices are reasonable; and, he and his staff respond very promptly. They're definitely one of the most well-skilled, competent--and perhaps THE most competent--service providers with whom we've ever had the pleasure of working in our entire time (30 years) living in northern Westchester!!!

I have had the pleasure of using Russell and John for permitted gas work and plumbing work I needed done in my home while I worked in another state. It started off with just running a simple water line for my fridge, then I needed a permit for gas work for my stove, then I used them to convert and install my dryer, and the washer drain pipe. These have all been separate jobs/calls. Russell and John are experts in their respective crafts. They know the business, they know the best options, and the office staff, Niqcole and Rachelle are simply amazing. Russell and his team have been extremely courteous, reliable, priced competitively, and are more like family at this point.

I will be using them to change my well water tank and pump in the very near future!

Russ and his team are very experienced in dealing with any plumbing emergencies and large scale installs. They are very reliable, courteous, timely AND ALWAYS ON BUDGET!!
