Most of the Bad reviews given are not related to the food at all and instead relate to mundane occurrences with no relationship to the actual restaurant experience.

Needles to say this is my GO TO spot. It is one of the few restaurants that uses extremely high quality ingredients. Along with cooking expertise the resulting culinary experience is definetly one of if not the best in croton falls.

If you haven't gone to hygrade you're doing yourself a disservice. And if you dont ask for a recommendation from the amazing family of staff you're depriving yourself of an extraordinary meal.

Hygrade market remains on a level of its own. There is a reason it is my go to for a meal after work after all.

Food is INCREDIBLE. haven’t had such high quality delicious food in a long time. Clearly so much care goes into making every single bit of it. Wonderful atmosphere and such friendly staff. I don’t know what you’re doing if you don’t go here!

Friends just moved nearby. Came here for dinner and a beer. Burgers, sandwiches, and tacos. Nothing fancy, but everything was DELICIOUS. Perfectly spiced, good portions. Nice selection of craft beers in their back fridge. It's a mixed aesthetic... micr9 grocery, counter service, pub... could do for dimmer lights and table candles.

Chicken avocado wrap was delicious! Nicely cooked, good crispy lettuce, and perfect French fries. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Stopped in for the classic BEC, technically SBEC. Anyway, I have to say this was the best egg sandwich I have had ANYWHERE in the surrounding area in a very long time. Mahopac. Carmel, somers, brewster, Kent, south Salem, north Salem, bedford etc etc. I travel all over for work and stop at many places.

Hands down the best I've had. Roll was slightly toasted which gave the sandwich extra flavor. Eggs cooked perfectly. Bacon crispy, not chewy like 99% of the delis around here.

Highly highly recommend and will be back for other types of sandwiches.

I’ve been looking everywhere to find some Birria tacos and I finally came across this place. All the tacos are done well and are juicy. The wings are great too, I recommended the mango habañero Wings.

Hygrade is the perfect place for me. I step off the train and in one place I can grab delicious food, gift for my girlfriend, and a pack of Frost IPAs to take home at any time of the day.

Just finished my breakfast tacos. So good! Especially with some chipotle sauce. Friendly people and very good chef.
