I love Powell Jewelers!! They are so personal and I feel like I am a “special customer” every time I go there instead of just a random customer. Paula and Jimmy are so accommodating and I never feel pressured. I have gotten my last 4 wonderful rings there and I love each one. Their selection is so unique that other stores don’t have (for my style). I also go there to get any jewelry fixed! They are my one and only jeweler place.

I just had the BEST first visit (of hopefully many) to Powell Jewelers. I had a very sentimental and precious piece of jewelry with a broken clasp. I walked in and Jim was able to fix it while I waited. He was a joy to talk to - kind and funny. And the work he did was meticulous. Added bonus: a shop dog named Birdie! I highly recommend Powell Jewelers!

Jim with Powell Jewelers did a fabulous job redesigning my ring. Not only was the work done in a timely fashion, but also expertly. When Jim’s Sales Associate Paula, a gem herself, showed me my new and improved ring, I got goosebumps. Jim & Paula are Absolutely Wonderful! I started going to Powell Jewelers in 2014. My wedding ring needed a repair and I had gone to many Jewelers but they didn't even want to attempt the repair, thankfully Jim listened to me on how important my ring was to me and how much I wanted the repair done. Jim agreed to fix it and said it would not be easy but he Fixed It!!! I couldn't be happier with his work! Absolutely amazing! Very skilled at what he does. Jim has helped me multiple times with all my Damaged rings bringing them back to life and shinning them up before he returns them to me always shinning and more gorgeous than I dropped them off. Not only is he very skilled and very experienced but he is very kind. I will always go to Jim for all my repair needs.

I inherited a ring from my grandpa two years ago. I thought I really should do something with it instead of just leaving it in a drawer. So I took it to several jewelers and left because I still didn’t know what to do with the ring and didn’t feel like I was being heard. I remembered taking a watch into Powell Jewelers to get a battery replaced and thought they were really nice and that was just a battery. Well my memory serves me right. Jim and Paula listened to what I wanted and really knew how important this was to me. He ended up designing the most beautiful ring that is 100% me. I have been wearing it for a month now and this ring has been noticed and received more compliments than I can count. It is absolutely stunning. The love and thoughtfulness put into this ring when it was made can be seen. I simply can’t stop looking at it and smiling and remembering my grandpa every time I do. Thank you so much Jim and Paula I can’t give you enough praise. I will be a lifelong customer.

Powell Jewelers is great. Jimmie and Paula go out of their way to show they care and stand behind their work. Recently had my wife’s diamond replaced and ring repaired and it was beautiful. A couple months later the repair failed. They redid the repair free of charge and had the ring back in less than a week. Won’t go anywhere else!

Paula and Jimmy are wonderful people to work with! I brought in a loose stone, which I had cut and heat treated in Montana, to Powell Jewelers and they were able to help me find a proper band to have it placed in. I was informed it would take approximately three weeks to have the ring come in, and less than a week later, I get a call from Paula saying my ring is ready for pick up!

Overall, I will definitely be coming back here for my next jewelry purchase or if I have any more loose stones I want to put into jewelry. I'm ridiculously happy with how it looks, and I could find something within my means financially :)

Walking into an unfamiliar store, to possibly make a large purchase, can be intimidating, please go see the wonderful folks at Powell Jewelers. They are so kind, understanding, knowledgeable and experienced!!! In my opinion, any business that allows their dog to love on the customers is 12 star! And they are! Just visit them and you will agree, it is the only jeweler that I will ever go to again!!!! Save yourself time, effort an money, and visit them, you will be so very happy you did!!

Jim and Paula were so gracious to my daughter and I when we came in for the resizing of 4 rings and the setting of a Mikimoto pearl into a drop with chain. Just fabulous work! I was so impressed that I then took heirloom pieces in for cleaning and repair and I was just gobsmacked at the gorgeous work! Everything looked new! Will never go to anyone else; and I don't have to worry about gems being "swapped out" like the chain jewelry stores! Thank so much you two wonderful professionals.

I went into Powell Jewelers right before my wedding back in March of this year to get my ring rhodium plated. He said it would take at least a week to do it right which unfortunate I waited too long and didn't have that much time. Instead he polished and cleaned my ring free of charge. It looked brand new. They were so honest and willing to help me. They could have easily taken my money for a rhodium plating that wouldn't have lasted. I will absolutely make Powell Jewelers the only place I go for my jewelry purchases and repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I have been a long time customer of Powell Jewelers. The Professionalism of Paula and Jimmy are second to none. If you're spending a few hundred or a few thousand you get treated like a valued customer. I will never shop anywhere else and highly recommend you stop by and visit.

Shopped around Columbus before ending up at Powell Jewelers where my family initially told me to go in the first place! Everyone is so nice and helpful from the owner Jim, to Paula, and Laurel.

Paula tok a lot of time with me and my fiancé and really listened to our needs versus some of the other shops who were trying to push us towards something different. They were able to find a diamond in our price range that is absoluetely stunning! Paula really went above and beyond and we both would rate the experience as an A+. The staff really cares and makes you a part of their family. Powell Jewelers builds long term relationships with their clients and I can say we will definatly be back! Thank you Powell Jewelers for helping me find a ring that showcases my love for my fiancé!

This was my first time in, and Jim and Paul were both very nice and helpful. Jim was able to refer me to someone for the type of watch repair I needed, and he did a great job with much needed maintenance on my diamond rings. I will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful experience with Powell Jewelers. Had been looking for a good local jeweler as I had been going to Worthington for a while and the distance was keeping me from getting there often enough. Found Powell Jewellers while having my hair done at JMAC. They did a beautiful repair on my engangement ring and wedding band. The platnum on my engagement ring had split and was dented and they repaired it and made the band thicker even though the original quote didn't include that amount of repair. Very happy with the work they performed! Definitely would recommend!

Had a great experience picking out a new setting for a wedding band to celebrate our 21st. Great, considerate help from Paula, our order came in early, Paula called and I was able to 'extend the surprise!' Highly recommend Powell Jewelers.
