I love this place, which is like a constantly changing garage sale. Many interesting and useful "experienced" things. They even buy your used items, so you can continuously redecorate on a budget.

I love this store! You can find so many hidden gems and the prices are always reasonable. The staff is always friendly. This is one of my favorite consignment shops in Columbus.

I was in last week and was amazed to find a decor item I'd been watching on the web for a fifth of what it cost new. The time before I found a lamp that just needed to be cleaned up a little and I love it. I've sold some things and didn't get a lot of money but I understand that this is a store with employees and they have overhead. For people who feel "lowballed," try selling your stuff on marketplace and see how much work it is and how much you get, if anybody buys it at all. I'm grateful this store exists.

This is a FABULOUS store for treasure hunters. And they have WONDERFUL, friendly staff! :)

I love to pop into this store as often as possible... at least a few times each month. Each visit, I am excited to treasure hunt and never leave empty-handed. I'm really amazed how quickly product comes and goes and each trip the store is well stocked with so many great offerings.

Some of my favorite finds have been a brand new in box waffle iron with griddle and panini plates, gently used Pampered Chef stoneware, kitchen gadgets, glass storage jars for my pantry and my hot chocolate machine! My son was excited to find a brand new Star Wars Lego kit for his little brother. There's no other store in the Columbus area like this one. I LOVE it!!

Thanks for a shopping destination I look forward to!

Dave the manager is great! Always friendly and helpful. A great selection of home items/furniture, new and vintage dishes, tools, pet cages, and lots more! Fun to go “treasure” hunting here.

Recently I moved and needed to buy a bunch of furniture I was sure was going to cost a grand or more with what all I needed/wanted. I started my search at New Uses Dublin and finished my search there for an incredible deal on a barstool height dining table with a leaf and 4 barstools and went back today to look for a table and left with not only a table at a great price but a beautiful dresser in perfect condition, an all metal lamp with a glass shade, and a few other Knick knacks for 15% off when they signed my up for their rewards program as it’s my birthday month saving me 20$! Plus they helped load everything up. I couldn’t ask for better deals, nicer customer service and a better selection of home goods! I will be starting and surely stopping my search for all home goods here from now on!

I'm sorry to see the Reynoldsburg store getting closed down. I am very happy with what they gave me for my used items. Sure beats moving it, and having garage sales! Also, they sure gave me a lot more cash than another resale place, that will remain unnamed, has given me. Here's hoping that the Dublin store will help me with my before-moving home purge.

I've never bought anything here but have sold plenty of stuff. Look it's a resale store, they're not going to take any piece of junk you bring in and you're not getting rich on anything but if you've got a bunch of stuff that's just going to end up at good will it's usually worth a stop by. Fair warning though, it can take a while for them to make an offer / decline. I usually come back later in the day or have lunch. But i've never felt like i was being taken advantage of or low balled. I enjoy bringing them as much business as I can. If you call ahead they may even be able to tell you if they're interested in the product. I highly recommend them

Went here just looking around, and was met by exceptionally helpful staff who were willing to find me items I was interested in regardless of how much I was willing to spend. The prices are a great bargain, and beats thrift store prices and quality hands down. I recommend anyone to go here and browse.

This is actually a great spot for finding some decent used good for an apartment or home. They tend to have good quality items available for the home. I have even bought very nice used tools that has saved me around a hundred dollars due to the cost of new. Highly recommend coming in here first before buying new

Great place to buy but it comes at a cost when you want to sell if you choose to do so. However you don't have to deal with people coming to your house and posting ads. Great place and people. 5 stars.

Lots of random unusual stuff most of the time, but on a few occasions found some good pieces of furniture for really cheap. When purchasing a bookshelf that was too large to fit in the car, one of the staff members found a screwdriver and helped disassemble it.

While you shouldn't necessarily expect to find a specific item at any given time, odds are if you're looking for furniture (for college, new apartment, whatever), they'll have at least something you were after.
