I want to thank everyone at Armadillo for reconnecting me to the dining experience. I came here with a couple of friends to celebrate a birthday and they outdid themselves with the entire evening. Not only was the ambiance warm and inviting but the staff was beyond lovely , attentive and the food was great! I will certainly be back here for cozy meetups and bites. Their margaritas were also delicious and made with good quality spirits. Thank you so much for making my friend (and the other 2 patrons) birthday a sweet memory !

After getting Armadillo many times I can say it is a great restaurant. The service and food are stellar and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The steak is particularly amazing.

Lots of outdoor space for dogs and staff was very accommodating and friendly to Prima.
Probably 20 tables in the patio area and taco truck area combined available for pups and owners. Food was excellent. A nice selection of beers, cocktails, and mezcals and food menu had a nice variety of traditional and mexican. We got oysters, fried fish taco and carne asada taco. Prima loved the carne asada which was really tender and juicy. Oysters were great and the fish taco was super crisp. Tacos were on nice charred tortillas and were large. Two was very filling. Plus free chips & salsa!

Insanely mouthwatering steak fajitas. Cozy bar/restaurant with super nice staff and great interior. Mezcal margarita was perfect.

Sat at the bar as a solo diner and felt comfortably at home. Chips and salsa were placed in front of me within a fraction of a second of sitting down, which was more than appreciated.

Slightly off the main drag but worth the tiny detour down the side street. Such a gem!

I came in here looking for a pretty decent margarita. Found it. Food was not quite bad either. Service was excellent. Very responsive waitress!

Always a wonderful experience, under the new owners the food is even better. Food quality is consistent and taste great, the staff is kind and professional, and decor os authentic. Highly recommend stopping in if you are in Kingston.

We loved almost everything about Armadillo. The food and service were excellent, especially the outside patio but inside is cozy, too. Our server was delightfully friendly and accommodating. The ladies room is really small, larger people would find it difficult to use this bathroom. When someone entered the bathroom, the door banged into me while I was washing my hands. I would definitely return to Armadillo though for the food and service.

I love the place because the service is really good and its Mexican food is delicious. It’s my favorite Mexican restaurant in Kingston, I recommend it!

We visit Armadillo about once a month and always have a lovely experience. The service is some of the best in kingston, friendly and super attentive. Its a very welcoming place to have dinner. Food is delicious, highly recommend.

Cute place we found when traveling through Kingston. Food was much more interesting than the menu indicated. Nice feeling in the place.

I've been going to Armadale has for the past 15 years and every time I go there the service is number one good bar crowd nice folks friendly people the food is superb nice easy simple menu but the food is authentic I think it's one of the best Mexican restaurant in the Hudson Valley

We love Armadillo! We go there nearly once a week and their margaritas are the best in the area, especially the mezcal margaritas! Every time we go to another Mexican place nearby, it's just not the same. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Great ambiance and lovely outdoor area for warm weather.

5 starts for food and beverages. The salsa verde was on point, and the tuna wrap was very tasty. Loved the ambiance and the water in the neat pop glass jars was so tasty, (you know that good water, iykyk).

I would like to see the restroom be converted into a once seater, as the two small kids sized toilets led to an uncomfortable exchange I would have liked to have avoided. Not for the claustrophobic.

We came in before they were closing, but still served us. I'm so glad they did. It was so delicious!! I would definitely go again if I end up back in town.

The best Margaritas ever! Wonderful food, service and the outdoor patio is very pretty too. Highly recommend!

Home sweet home.... I'll admit, I was one of those locals who was boycotting for a while... for a few reasons, but that's over now... Welcome back!!! So happy for Sal! Everything was just how I remembered it during the "good 'ol days"... fom the coconut Margaritas and the "chippies". The only thing missing was Eileen and Jim! FIVE STARS all the way!! Glad to be home! Thank you for bringing Armadillo back!! Looking forward to my next visit! Best of luck Sal and the team!!
