An outstanding Service Manager (Gary) ... top notch Automotive Techs ....right down to the fellow that does their Courtesy Shuttle Service, ALL are professional, knowledgeable, personable... and I might add it is real obvious they are Customer Friendly / Customer Oriented.

Today I leased a 2023 Jeep Renegade, the process went smoothly. Krista my sales person was great, she was always available to answer any question I had. Sean did awesome getting me through the financing piece. He was informative and helped finalize the sale in a timely manner. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve leased through Ruge’s. I highly recommend working with them.

The best customer service in this industry by far! They don't try to pressure you into buying pointless add-ons, and they ensure that their cars are in the best condition before you drive it away. Rob made the buying process so simple and easy (did I mention no pressure selling?), and Shawn will work hard to find you the best rate when financing. I will always buy my cars from them!

I can’t say enough good things about Ruge’s service department. Gary and his team are absolutely incredible! This past week, I brought in my 2021 Dodge Ram for a 4” lift kit. It took longer than expected, however, Gary stayed in contact with me and explained everything that they were doing. My truck now looks incredible and I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent sales experience at Ruges Jeep. This is a smaller type dealership that played no games. I bought a Used Ram and we quickly agreed on a price and it was that simple. No added fees or extra charges. Price of truck + taxes, title, registration and $75 Dealer fee. They ordered a 2nd key even though the truck only had one at no cost. Registration and title came in a timely manner. I would recommend Ruges if they have a car you want. It's a simple purchase process. Thanks to Randale Fowler.

Ruge’s is where my husband bought his truck a few years back and had great things to say about the dealership and specifically Rob Moore in sales. Stopped in yesterday just to test drive a Durango that I saw sitting pretty on the lot. Drove home the perfect-for-me 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee within a few hours after having the most pleasant and relaxed buying experience! Rob was friendly, super patient and accommodating (listening to all my “preferences” for options) and helped to close the deal with a tight schedule we had that day. He followed up on our purchase today and I could not be more satisfied. The dealership isn’t much to look at, but a sales and service team that has been there for years and is still pleasant and fun to deal with…that’s what matters.
