STS Tire

We had a great experience at STS. Matt and his team were incredibly helpful! We got a flat on the way home from vacation and needed two tires fast. We got what we needed for the right price in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome!!! They always take care of my tire needs and fit me in when I am in a pickle and need fast service! Last time I was there, I woke up to a flat tire that needed to be patched… the guys got me in and out within an hour … but also did it FREE OF CHARGE! The service tech waived the fee, because I go to them often for my various tire needs on multiple vehicles. I really appreciated the recognition of my loyalty to them… and thus got a free repair on my tire! Made my day when it was already starting off on the wrong foot.

100% will continue business with them and definitely recommend them to anyone who may need their service. They’re great!!

My rear drivers side tire lost a lot of air overnight. I filled it, and a couple hours later half of the air was gone again. I stopped at STS without an appointment to see if they could squeeze me in. Matt at the counter was VERY friendly, not only with my daughter and I, but with other customers he interacted with during my wait. I heard him tell someone checking out that he hoped they have very safe travels, and he was genuine about it. He got me in right away, and 20 minutes later I was good to go. It was one of the nicest customer service experiences I have had!

Just want to say what a Great place and experience I had!! Went to Mavis with a piece of metal in my tire told me it would be 1 hour and 1/2 meanwhile my 90 year old mom is at the wound center ready to be picked up but still was told it’s what the wait was. So went to STS and told them about my mom and I was out in 15 minutes!! What mattered to me mattered to them so Thank you for your kindness. You will be my go to place for now on.

Highly recommend! Was desperate when I noticed I had a flat while I was out and stopped in. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were very understanding and still helped me almost right away. They took my car in and fixed the issue for me all within a reasonable amount of time! 😊

I had such a great experience here. After getting a flat tire and not being able to get into my dealer I called STS and Matt got me right in. His customer service was awesome, the price was great, and I’m so glad I came here. He made a crappy situation just a little bit better. We’ll be back when we need new tires.

I set up an appointment here to get new tires. The person I spoke to was very kind and helpful and got me set up for the same day. He helped me out on pricing my tires, looking over my car, and even gave my car a little realignment free of charge. I really appreciated their service and would come back again.

For not having an appointment Eric, Matt and the STS Crew got me RIGHT IN!! I am extremely pleased with the service I received!?! The pricing was great for my tires and oil change!! Great job guys I will definitely be back for any of my car needs.

Justin, Vince, and Matt made my flat tire experience so amazing. I was so stressed out after having 2 flat tires in one week! I called in and Matt said I could bring my car in right away. They Plugged my tire Less than 20 minutes and we’re so helpful. We’ll definitely be back to replace my tires and do my rotations from them. If anyone from corporate is reading this, please give them a raise.

Matt was awesome. Super professional and easy to work with. We stopped in for a tire losing air and they patched it easily within 10 minutes. We were in and out! They even gave us the screw we ran over as a souvenir!

Excellent work and very professional! Also, just really nice people. My car was towed in to the shop for an oil leak. Dustin helped us out at the desk and was awesome: he made sure my car was diagnosed and repaired quickly and communicated with me every step of the way. If I didn’t live out of state I would make this place my regular shop!

I went in for new tires. Dustin was very friendly and helpful. He went over everything I needed done and gave me some great price quotes for other services. I will be returning in the future! Great service and everyone was friendly!

Matt was really helpful and so kind. We were nervous about the sound our car was making before a big road trip, he checked it for us, and assured it was just the make of the car. It was true- our car was okay and did great on our 20+ hour trip there and back. He didn't even charge us for the check because nothing was wrong. Very knowledgable, extremely friendly, and kind. Highly recommend.

This is seriously the Matt fan club here after reading the other reviews But with good reason. Something got into my breaks and fudged up my rotor pretty bad, this happened Saturday and I made an appointment on Sunday after never being here before but seeing the ratings were high. Matt called to confirm, I got there early, we went over everything and with in a couple hours my breaks were finished and I had an oil change done. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with my car that had same day service. Matt’s customer service was top notch and I appreciated his help. If you’re not part of this fan club then you definitely need to be, obviously. Read the reviews. For so long as Matt reigns as STS management you shall have a customer.

I had Matt help me with my oil change and my brakes and he was very attentive and focused on trying to get me the best quality and best price.

I brought my son’s car in thinking that it needed brake pads. Turned out to need a lot more than that. Matt was very diligent and helpful. Knowing that I would would fix whatever was required in order for my son’s car to be safe, and also that the additional repairs were an unexpected expense during the holiday season, he made sure to make all necessary repairs quickly and for as reasonably priced as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you, Matt!

It can be intimidating entering these spaces as a woman but the staff at STS are amazing and so so helpful! They saved our butts when my tire deflated just before a travel weekend and have since looked at our other car’s tires as well. Definitely will go to them for as much of our automotive needs as possible!

Matt and the gang were fantastic. i called Sunday morning and explained my problem. Took my BMW in immediately and within an hour Matt and his team completed everything and I was on my way. Very professional and honest. Great job Matt and your crew too!
