Exceptional wine store. We live in Brooklyn and come by here to buy wine when we are in the area. Exceptional customer service- Katie recently helped me find a hard to source champagne from France from a smaller producer- she was professional and lovely. Highly recommend.

Great wines with awesome descriptions! I’ve never been to a wine store in the Hudson Valley with so many unique options. This place is great and I always recommend my friends to check it out. They have so many great deals on wine that I find it hard to justify going to any other store.

A really wonderful selection of wines and unique liquors. They are very helpful and kind. Also have great bottles to bring over to friends houses for dinner parties. So grateful to have them in our neighborhood!

We love Kingston Wine! Incredible selection of wines, and the best part is that you largely won't recognize any of them. Their stock feels incredibly curated, and the staff is so knowledgeable. We often rely on their recommendations, and we're always pleased with the wine we end up taking home.

This place is a gem. Michael carries a variety of hard to find wines, with a focus on natural wines. Everyone who works here is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you join the email list, there are frequent deals. Highly recommended!

I found this shop online during the pandemic and was completely satisfied with the level of service and selection.

When I planned a trip upstate I knew this had to be a stop. We went to collect supplies for New Year’s Eve and a man with very cool glasses (and overall style) assisted with picking out the most fantastic wines!

We actually back at the end of our trip to pick up a “supply” of the wines he selected and will order more once we run out.

I really appreciate the fact that there is a well curated selection of natural/organic and biodynamic wines available that are in a great price range and absolutely delicious. They also carry spirits.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop as a stop if you’re traveling or nearby. Excellent service and excellent selection.

My go to spot for wine in Kingston. I love being on their newsletter, which introduces me to delicious and interesting wine selections. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so happy they were able to successfully navigate the COVID landscape with their online ordering and pick up process. A true gem of a local wine shop.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He has the memory of an elephant. Once he knows your taste profile he will suggest consistently great wines. I've bounced around between several wine store in the area but now that I've found this one, I'm a customer for life.

Knowledgable staff, nice shop, and a top shelf selection at acceptable prices. Includes a well picked selection of local NY wines and spirits, and the staff knows the background and sourcing of these local wines. A good stop if you are visiting or passing through the area; I'm sure it is also a local favorite.

I loved it! Found wines with history and the service was really good! You can tell they have knowledge about wine, and that for me is the best. When you want to find new wines and you know what you want IS ALWAYS NICE TO HAVE A GOOD SUGGESTION!

This is THE place to get wine and liquor downtown. Michael and his wife are friendly, knowledgeable and not at all "snooty!" They make great, reasonable recommendations and will turn you on to wines you might not choose on your own. They are also happy to place a special order, like I did recently with some rum I needed for a cocktail. He had to order half a case to get me my one bottle...and did so without hesitation!

They host several wine tastings so, check those out. They also have a wine club that I hope to join soon. Sounds fun!

I've been a customer of the Kingston Wine Co. for over year, since shortly after they opened. Michael's knowledge and passion for wine make this store unique because a visit to the store is like having a personal Sommelier. This is not hyperbole -- that is the experience you will find when you go to the store. The monthly wine-share is a great value, and a lovely way to be introduced to wines you might not have otherwise experienced.

Staff was super knowledgeable, took the time to help me pick a couple bottles, and to explain wine lingo to me so I can help myself in the future. Overall great experience and delicious wine choices. Thank you

Great vibe, great wine. Bright welcoming wine shop in the Rondout area of Kingston. Friendly knowledgeable staff area always on hand but never pushy. The space is bright and easy to navigate. Year round events, so check out their website!

Superb, well-curated shop. Owners are extremely knowledgeable and have impeccable taste with no pretentiousness. Nice selection of $15 and under bottles featured on a table in the center of the action. Essentially a great neighborhood wine shop, ala Brooklyn, plopped down in the Rondout.
