Great location. Lovely, clean and attractive place to visit. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Convenient ways to pay for purchases and a point system for future purchases. The products are excellent quality and effective.

They have highly effective medical cannabis products and deliver to surrounding counties! Etain's CBD products are expensive but superior in terms of efficacy and consistency. Very nice people on staff. I am a delivery customer and they treat me like gold! No better medical line in NY State than Etain.

I really like this place. The staff are always friendly, and I never wait long for my order. The only thing I will say is that the Etain brands are marked up too high. You can go to Curaleaf get the same product for $10-15 less. I would recommend purchasing the other brands Etain carries. I prefer the cartridges over the flower. I also highly recommend putting your order in online ASAP as they tend to sell out quickly.

I'm a new patient to Etain of Kingston. I was nervous and kinda shy when I first visited but the Pharmacist & Staff just put me at ease. They were kind, warm and inviting. Also, knowledgeable about their different products. Each time I arrive, someone opens the door for me. I love that it's totally handicap ♿ accessible! I've now visited every 2 weeks for the past 2 months. I like the fact that you save $3.00 by simply bringing your bag back, which I always forget 😊. If you sign up, you'll get discounts too! I just saved $35.00 two weeks ago! So, I definitely would recommend Etain!!!

Very professional and well-run store. When we visited there were not too many other visitors. The products are thoughtful and well-packaged, and most importantly they work. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly and informative staff. Prices higher than their local competition but that's only because the quality is so much higher, so it's worth it. Their oil product, Dolce, lasts me 3 weeks when the same quantity elsewhere would be used up within a week or so. Love them. Love their products.

Awesome Experience! I was rather daunted about the entire medical marijuana certification process. I found a very genuine nurse practitioner who certified me. That was only part of the process. I went to the Kingston Etain dispensary and I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff here are ALL very knowledgeable and compassionate and make the potentially difficult choices very simple. Ok so I’ve been smoking pot for over 40 years. I’m a dinosaur, the first person I dealt with a man was very helpful. The woman that finished helping me was so cool I had a great experience.

I had a terrific experience at this dispensary on my first visit. The staff was very friendly and quite a bit more informative than other places I have been. The quality of the product so far has been grade A as well. The staff said that they are always well stocked which has been an issue for me at the prior location I used. This will be my go to stop from now on.

The people of the Kingston New York store are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable of their products. They have been very kind and helping me figure out which products work best for my problems.
