My first time stopping in last week at this location. I must say I am impressed on how well kept & organized it was maneuvering inside the store. Sales Associate Daisy went out of his way to assist as I was unsure about what heater to purchase. Will be back again!

Customer service absolutely the best I've experienced . Our cashier was extremely helpful and patient as we desperately needed some warm clothes.

The blade of a recently purchased lawnmower broke off after hitting a rock leaving part of the bolt in the shaft and the blade adapter in pieces. Mike, the manager of TSC in Lake Katrine, helped me identify the parts I needed to purchase to replace the broken ones and then drilled out the broken off bolt and fitted the replacement parts so that I had a usable mower again. Best customer service going the extra mile that I have received in a long time. Highly recommended!

They may not have everything in stock all the time but the staff is cheerful and helpful. I love hearing "Yes, I can do that for you." Still have great staff. And still may not have everything in stock but you can order it for delivery( free if you are friend) or pick up.

I love this store! I like Tractor Supply in general but this store has very friendly, helpful staff. The store is usually well stocked and there are items carried here that I didn't find in Lake Katrine. I'm grateful they're so close and I look forward to my next visit here.

Kinda tucked away in the back of the plaza but we'll stocked, always friendly staff and good product selection. Won't get my dog food and treats from anywhere else anymore. Definitely beats either of the "box" pet stores.

I bought a dog crate for my new pup. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Speaking from experience, The quality of the crate is very well built, will last for years. The price was also very competitive with other suppliers.

The sales help is the best. Colin gave us his undivided attention and the manger Sean and anther associate can't remember his name. We were going to go to Lowe's and Home Depot but because of the awesome customer service we purchased everything there. It was over $ 5000.00. keep up the great work. Thank you

They are wonderful as soon as I walked into the store someone greeted me I had a gentleman by the name of Joe who helped me out and got everything that I needed and actually even help me carry it to my car I would definitely recommend them to anybody

I love this store. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. I get all my cat food and dog food from here. It's super cheap and my pets love it.

Went to the store for my son's dog treats and found the staff very helpful and friendly. I even saw one of the associates offer and help another customer bring out a large bag of dog food ! Thank you for being so helpful!

Had the trailer tire I needed for my boat trailer when I got a flat on Memorial Day on the way home from Lake George. Bought the tire already on the rim and was on my way home after a short pit stop. Thanks for being there!
