Bless them! Got my 1st flat tire and didn't know the first thing to do. I pulled up, and they explained step by step how to exchange my flat tire to my spare tire w/ my equipment. Highly Recommend!

10 stars for this repair shop. Our car started making a wild sound and shaking on the highway. This was the only service station in the area and I’m so glad they were still open. Jake had us in and out in 5 mins. We asked how much we owed him and told us don’t even worry about it. We pushed to give him something but he said no. If we’d been carrying any cash we would have given him a wad. He was super kind, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Will bookmark this station for any time we’re in the upstate area. Thanks Jake!!

As a first time buyer of a used car, I was extremely afraid of buying a pig in a poke. However, the Jefferson Valley Service Station team helped me out from the get go. They helped me during and after my car purchase. Jake and his team did a full inspection and minor repairs so that I comfortably and safely hit the road. I really appreciate their help as they were always helpful and supportive. It is family owned business that values each single customer and car. Personally I don't think that car repairs are a great experience but if you really want the the peace of mind that everything is done accurately and professionally at a fair price, please visit their station. I will come back for sure!

Jay and Steve are the best. These guys have maintained my cars for many years. They explain everything to you. They thoroughly check and follow through on everything that you ask them. They are scrupulously honest and never overcharge. My only wish is that they would go for their medical degrees and become doctors. Did I mention that these guys are the best!

In a world full of dishonesty, and people trying to make a buck or pull one over, you can TRUST Steve and Jay. My fathers father has been going here since they first opened and for decades we have gotten professional and courteous service from here. I personally work on my own vehicles, but if something is out of my scope of work I know that Steve and Jay will honestly tell me what is wrong, what needs to be changed, and what can wait. I recommend everyone and there brother use this family owned and operated establishment.

The owner of this shop is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He goes above and beyond, and really takes the time to make sure your a satisfied customer. Hands down one of the best auto shop experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended to all.

Fantastic local service...knowledgeable and experienced staff that go above and beyond for their customers. I have been taking my autos exclusively to JV Service for repairs the past twenty five (25) years...I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. The "Gold Standard" for service stations!
