Had a wonderful experience. Ben did my inspection and had me out in minutes. The staff was absolutely lovely and service was excellent!

My front tire started loosing air on I-684 so I had to get of the exit 8. The shop at the gas station by the exit was not open and they suggested to go to Proper Service. This was a great recommendation! I had my tire fixed in about 30 minutes at a reasonable cost and I was back on the road :-) Thank you!

1st class service. I had a flat tire on my Tesla Y and Dave came to my house and diagnosed my issue and solved my tire issue. Very professional and Dave is honestly outstanding.

Great people, great service. I had an irreparable flat tire on 684 in the middle of a trip from CT to PA, and was lucky to find this place off exit 8. They gave me a ride to a local rental place so I could make my PA meeting and put on new tires at a reasonable price while I continued the trip with the rental. Dayna and the rest of the team did a great job making a rough situation bearable.

Back in December I purchased 4 new Michelin tires from Osceola garage. Upon purchasing the new tires I received road side assistance and hazard coverage. When leaving work today day I noticed my tire was completely flat! Our tech David explained the scope of work. We left feeling reassured and confident we were in good hands!

Love this place. I have always hated to bring my car in for service. I never really knew if I could trust the service people trying to sell things. I used to think “hmmmm, so I really need new brakes”? With this place the mechanic actually takes a video and walked you through the car, shows you fluids levels, tire treads, plugs etc. Sadly, I needed all new tires, but I took comfort in the fact that the mechanic actually showed me the dry rot on the inside of the tire walls. I would recommend this place to anyone. The girl in the office is fantastic too!!!

I have to say, I stumbled upon this garage while looking for a NYS Inspection Station. What warm people! Danya and the rest of the crew were fantastic, and although I only received the inspection, I would happily return for any repairs. They really make you feel like family!! See you next July, if not sooner!
