Had the pleasure of meeting two nice enthusiastic young ladies at my friend small business shop event hosted by Vitascents(btw her candles are awesome so hit her up please) this weekend. OTBF was at the last event but I was not able to buy anything… but man this time! I was able to get 3 accent garden stools and a red table umbrella all for under $60 bucks 🤑. I spent up most of my allowance before getting to the other booths😩🤦🏾‍♀.

I was impressed with Ben and Megan from Cincinnati Open Box Outlet who were instrumental in making sure I received two shades for the Safavieh lamps I purchased on line from them through Amazon that unfortunately arrived damaged. I contacted them immediately after opening the box and explained what had happened with one shade being broke off from the main frame and the other one had marks that showed up when the light was turned on. They were very professional and worked with me in securing two new ones to replace the damaged ones which arrived in perfect condition. Kudos for their customer support and I look forward to making future purchases from this company….thank you!!!

You can find so many great deals and great pieces of furniture. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Like "Bargains and Buyouts" before they got so big and raised their prices.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful!!! It's a rare thing to be treated so well at a business anymore. The young lady at the checkout was very polite! They even helped us load up the furniture! I give this place ten stars🌟

From the moment I walked in (delirious from days of couch shopping) the assistant manager Susan immediately gave me a quick and well informed tour of the available options, answered all my questions quickly and kindly, and when I made up my mind she ordered me a great couch at a lower price than I’d seen anywhere else plus an expectation of delivery within the week. Great relief of an experience and exactly where I’m sending everyone I know from here on out. Much appreciated.

Awesome place! And very inventive idea. The workers are willing to negotiate prices based on value. They have a Facebook page that they upload new items that they received. We bought an accent chair here and I absolutely love it. Very comfy and we were able to take it home that day but if you aren't they are willing to hold it for you. Two thumbs to this place! Definitely will be returning!

I found the team at the Cincinnati Open Box Outlet to be incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed my item shipped and they were gracious enough to disassemble my product in order to cut back on shipping costs. I would highly recommend this company to others and will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

I have the best experience when I go there I've bought Bedroom Suits, Sectionals, Four Chairs. I can't resist when I go there I have to come out of there with something. You can't beat those prices. I just love that store. And I love the early pay off choice, it saved me a lot of money.

In my opinion all of the reviews under 5 stars are inappropriate or just insensitive.

This place is ran by a couple with a very young child they’re doing amazing work and they are extremely inventive.

I live very close so I stop in often just to see what is in stock... they sell items quickly so make sure you call ahead if you see an item you like on Facebook.

Everything is fairly priced and nicely assembled.

Take my word for it and just stop by to take a look.

Good bargins on candles, glasses and more. We were able to buy all the jars for our center pieces and more. And we saved 100s versus online retailers like walmart, Amazon. No matter what your event is they have something for everyone. You wont be disappointed!!

If you need a candle if any color or any size for a great price-this is the place!!!!! They also have a ton of glass containers to put them in or holders to decorate!! Very nice employees too!!

Quality furniture at bargain prices. We were able to purchase three counter chairs and two chairs for the living room for $228.00. Taylor was exceptionally helpful and made our shopping experience extremely pleasant!

Great deals on furniture. Everyone is very nice and helpful every time we have been in. We bought a Ashley furniture set and it came with a warranty. The set was about $400 cheaper there and in stock.

We have discovered a number of very special items for the house and patio at great prices. Always super customer service.

Always find a great deal or two on most visits. Today I found exactly what I was looking for at exactly the price I wanted to pay.
