The young lady at the entrance today was exceptionally personable with the customers. She greeted everyone entering and leaving. Social distancing was practiced prior entering the store and also while in the store. My checkout process was completed quickly and I got all that I went in the store for. Keep up the great work!

I love the candles and soaps the lotion even though they smell great dries out your skin because of the perfume or scent that's in the lotion.

Ordered online, couldn't pass up the deal. It was ready, in 30 min! Went to pick up, smelled the various scents, and they had no problem switching some out for me. Thank you for always being kind, quick, effecient, and always smiling!

I love the look of the new Western Hills store! It has a nice high class look and feel to it. I was especially happy that everything I was looking for was in stock! Everyone is really friendly especially Bonnie. She was very helpful and took time out to talk with us. She made the experience a really pleasant one so I ended up buying more than I planned on and walked out very satisfied!

The last time I went in, I got there close to closing.(poor time management on my part). The staff was so kind and obliging. I always spend way too much in this store, but the products are worth it. The candles are my hands all time favorite. I've never had a bad experience going to this location. The employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Love this store.

I ALWAYS enjoy shopping here! I never leave the store without making a purchase! The candles are some of the best around. I love pretty much all of the scents. I have used the perfume for years and try different scents all of the time. They last me a long time and I feel that the price is not bad at all when you compare it to other perfumes from a department store. I love the atmosphere of the store. It always makes me happy because it is so colorful and bright! This is one of my 1st stores for Christmas shopping! I love how the store is always decorated for the holidays! I would be sad if something were to ever happen to this chain of business.

Always check your emails or signup for text alerts for great coupons and sales! Today, for instance, ALL the body wash, lotions, and sprays were $5.50, so I bought 10 items for $21.10! Now, here’s how I did it, because everyone behind me always asks, how did you do that? I received 3 emails, 1 for 20% off entire purchase, another for $10 off $40 and an e-gift card for $15. because it was my birthday month, combine all 3 emails (or I’ve done it with paper coupons)and I was out the door for $21.10, yep that’s right $2 a bottle, that’s insanely cheap for true Bath and Body quality !!

I used to constantly go here and spend a lot of money. But bc of having to listen to my husband complain about how much I already have (it's ture), and the biggest thing is that they changed a lot of their formulas on products. For example I loved the wallflowers and seasonal plugs. Now I don't buy them bc after 2 days you can pitch it bc it no longer works. I gave another try when a favorite came back (Draculas blood) and it was a huge disappointment. But when they have a great sale like over the weekend I have to go and stock up. I paid about $60 for about $300 in products.

I've been here, but never for myself. If anyone knows me-I love to look and smell good. The women here are a blessing! So professional and they showed us so many items which I never knew they had for men. Ended up spending $200+. It was worth it! I'll definitely go back AND SPEND A LOT LESS 🤣

This is a fairly small store in a strip mall, but it's pretty well-stocked and the employees are super friendly and helpful. If they're out of a scent out front, they've always offered to check if they have any more in the back. They're also really great about telling you what deals they have going on at the time and helping out with coupons if needed. I prefer this location over others that are inside nearby malls.

It was excellent Customer Service for being Candle Day! I would specifically like to point out employee, Misty. She went above and beyond for us. She had excellent service and was assisting with all needs. Misty deserves a promotion.. raise... something! I hope management recognizes her professionalism and hard work.

Me and my daughter love this place. We felt totally safe going in the store. Everyone had on a mask. Friendly staff. Great prices. Lots of fragrance to choose from. We will difffently be back again.
