Have been going to Chris and John for years for my VW 's. Totally honest and priced below our local VW dealer who are rip-offs anyway. They are way more capable than the shop techs at VW. They diagnosed a warranty sludge problem that the dealer could not figure out. So easy to work with. VW dealer makes it seem like they are doing you a favor just to make an appointment. Never buying a new VW again. Just buy used and, let these guys take it from there. Chris even found a problem deep in my dashboard that his mechanic (no longer there) from 4 years ago did not do right. I would never have known if Chris did not bring it up and he fixed it no charge.

I have been going to Chris and John for over 10 years. They are always honest, fair, and do great work. Old or new VW/Audi they have you covered.

Fair labor rate, experts on vw or any europen vehicles for the matter I rather bring my vehicle here than metioquer work from dealerships..

Owner Chris and his team are wonderful. I have been taking our Audi's and VW to Last Chance Garage for the past three years and they have always been efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. Because of their specialized experience with Audi/VW, they are able to accurately and quickly diagnose and fix any and all problems. Chris goes above and beyond like when he recently rescued me and my Audi TT after getting stranded on Route 6 in Mahopac when my water pump gave out. Thanks guys!!!

Been using them for years. Real car guys who know Audi’s and VW’s, including specialty cars like allroads and VW Campers. Rates are in line and fair. They do not add on unnecessary parts and labor. Highly recommended. Wish they would add on Porsches.

First time there, and had a very good experience. Labor rate is on par with other audi specialists, and the work was done well. I'll be returning for any future work.
