From my understanding he owns Riverside Apartments on Route 22 Brewster N.Y..
I rent an apartment but for only 1 year ..I'm out of here 4/2023..
He's a Slumlord and a disgrace to the Italian Heritage.....
Riverside Apartments are over priced,dirty,and I feel for my neighbors that are mostly Senior Citizens that are clueless about SCRIE, DRIE and Tenants Rights......
May God have Pity on him.......🙏✝🙏 I have a lot more pictures 📸 of his pig sty...It is poorly managed,unsafe and unhealthy.....I cleaned apartment I'm renting the trap in bathroom was full of hair,mold on tile, the refrigerator was filthy as well as sink and stove...too much to tell.
Beware electric maybe hot wired to what I have no clue a 500.00 dollar bill for 1 person I think not...
Won't pay for damages to my belongings that were damaged not by act of God but by neglance.....Also on their application (I questioned it) they ask for Social Security number that's illegal...

I've moved out of his poorly kept apartment and I cleaned it looks better than the way I rented it..
Slumlords like this should be made to live in there own buildings like the movie 🎬 The Super staring Joe Pesci .

I took pictures of kitchen ceiling prior someone my move on 3/2023 for I noticed Crack in kitchen ceiling....when returning keys 🔑 4/2023 I noticed water dripping from ceiling ...

I've consulted with a attorney also with electric company.
I'm hoping someone from this establishment will reach out to discuss
damages to me and my belongings.
