I chose them because they are in network with my insurance and they are convenient. My experience was excellent. Dr. Howski provided personalized care, takes time to listen to your needs and goals. I have had zero problems with my hearing aids, and they have changed my quality of life!

Highly recommend the Lynhurst location & staff... Not only are they super accommodating, but genuinely care about your well-being!

I've had my hearing aids for over two years and one had a fitment issue the whole time. I met with Lauren who took a different approach to it and made it pain free. I'm very pleased with her knowledge and willingness to make me happy. It's much appreciated.

I met with Kim Gill in order to receive my first hearing aids. Kim was incredibly professional and had a set procedure for educating me about the use of my new hearing aids, how to change the volume and sound quality and other issues that I would need to know to properly use my new hearing aids. Aside from her professional attitude she was also very very friendly and made it an extremely enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing hearing problems. She was great!

I was very pleased with the courtesy and efficiency of the professionals at Cedar Audiology Associates. I was particularly grateful for their consideration of my physical limitations. Their follow up care is excellent. They are determined to see that my hearing with the hearing aids I purchased is close to perfect. Their location is very convenient and it is very easy to park and get into their office. They have been taking every possible measure to protect their patients and their staff during the pandemic. Helene, my audiologist, has been very kind and a delight to work with.

The whole experience was positive. The Audiologist was knowledgeable and answer ed my questions with clarity. I felt encouraged to do more to engage myself in the use of hearing aids to improve my quality of life.

I love my audiologist Lynn, she is very thoughtful and is a wonderful doctor who is helping me hear better.

Still love Cedar audiology, I had an appointment with Helene today. A follow up after a long gap. I needed additional support at work and had paperwork for them to complete so I worked receive it.
I was treated with care and respect. Resources were shared, overall I’m excited about moving forward.

The amazing team at Cedar Audiology is fantastic! Each of them cares deeply about helping people live better lives through improved hearing. They are experts in recommending solutions to help each person with their unique hearing needs, and work with each patient to be sure that everything is just right. The entire team is highly professional, with a caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to what they do. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Our whole family - I, my wife and our 2 daughters - have seen Lynn for years (actually, decades) and she has made tremendous differences in all our lives. Her professionalism and her skill are great! But its her personal concern that sets her apart. By listening to our individual problems, she tailors the hearing aid or settings to really solve the problems. It does cost more than buying the devices on line, but the quality of the care and the assurance that the hearing aids will have their maximum impact is well worth the cost!

What a difference my audiologist, Lynn Salzbrenner, has made in my life, and in my wife’s life! (I can hear infinitely better!.)

I have been a patient of Lynn’s for many years and she has always been interested in how I experience my hearing impairment, how my aids are working, etc.This allows her to understand my needs best, and to make custom adjustments. Certainly she is a fabulous clinician, not just a dispenser of hearing aids!

Her own abilities in “listening” are also very important in making appropriate plans for the hearing impaired. She has always explained things very well.

My wife and I feel like a whole new world has opened up to us.

Excellent patient follow up, superb communication and caring. The only place in the Cleveland area that I would recommend for hearing consultations. We tried other options for my mother who had resisted using hearing aids recommended by other specialists. Cedar Audiology found an option that was effective and acceptable to someone who values sound that seems natural, especially for listening to live music as well as conversations in busy setting with ambient background noise. It is a relief to be able to converse naturally with my mother again. We are all grateful to Cedar Audiology.

We had a fantastic experience here during the pandemic getting my mother fitted for new hearing aids. Lynn is a wonderful audiologist and came up with a solution for every road block we encountered during the process. Her followup via email is super fast and she even was able to modify some of my mothers hearing aid settings remotely which came in VERY handy during the pandemic. Highly recommend Lynn for her 'white glove' service and great 'can do' attitude!

I needed a part for my hearing aid which was an old model. After not having the part Dr. Salzbrenner took the time to see if the part could be ordered which she was able to do. Now I don't have to figure out how I would be able to afford another pair. I highly recommend Cedar Audiology. They are friendly, caring and professional

I take my mother-in-law to Cedar Audiology and have been happier with them then with any other health care provider I use. We never wait long yet are never rushed out the door either. Everyone is thorough and pleasant and makes us feel that we are important to them.
