Bethesda North Hospital

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Delivered baby #4 here on Saturday. I was new to this hospital after my practice was acquired by Trihealth. I was very nervous about the switch. My L&D nurse, Emily, as well as my Mother/Baby nurse, Sue, were phenomenal! I can only compare this experience to, what I would now consider only mediocre treatment, with the former hospital. I was treated so kind, with complete compassion and tenderness. It was like having friends/family care for me. What an amazing experience with nurses who truly love what they do. I'm forever grateful for this!

the staff were all wonderful, especially the nurses. holly is friendly and funny made me feel comfortable. i came for top surgery yesterday so i can’t speak on my results yet but i have high hopes!

I went to the emergency room in January with terrible back pain and difficulty breathing. The emergency room was full of patients. Once I was admiited, NP Briana G Smith quickly eliminated kidney stones and ordered tests identifying blood clots in both of my lungs. After further tests and a 3 day stay I was released. The hospital was full yet the nurses and doctors found time to give me excellent care. Thank you to the entire staff at Bethesda North for saving my life!

Janice the nurse in Labor & Delivering helped deliver my grandson, Garrett, on May 2, 2024. She was amazing and he was delivered within about 30 minutes of pushing. She offered so much helpful information also. Thank you, Janice!

The staff at Bethesda North is always attentive, personable, accurate and sincere. I am over 40 and haven't known a more dedicated team. I will go far out my way to receive such great care. Thank you, Juanita!

I guess some people have not had the best experience although I NEVER DO Reviews and saw some of the bad and thought NO way! I’ve been twice for myself. Ruptured cyst and the birth of my son and each experience was ABOVE & BEYOND! As well as anytime I have visited or called for a patient.. As good as they can be considering JUST HOW BUSY THE MEDICAL FIELD IS. Js

My top surgery (ftm) was performed here last week by Dr Steven Robinson, and I have to say that was the best medical care experience I've ever had. Nurses Holly and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, fun, and primarily concerned with my comfort and well-being during my stay. My anesthesiologist (whose name escapes me) was also a peach. I can't recommend their bedside manner enough.

As for my surgery results, wow. I've been in more pain after a root canal. My incisions are clean and attractive, and I feel great. I might send flowers.

Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, Front Desk, and Registar, and lab technicians for your genuine care for me the past 2 days.

My husband was recently admitted to the Clinical Diagnostic Unit for observation. We were cared for by an excellent nurse, Kylee.
She was personable and had an ease with patients. She also made sure as patients we felt informed. When we had questions about why certain drugs were being given or test results, she offered to find out and she did. A nurse who cares about patients.

My delivery of my baby was great! The whole entire team is friendly, supportive, and did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable during my hospital stay.

All the staff has been amazing! Dorian and Olivia on the labor and delivery floor were wonderful nurses and went above and beyond and made my delivery a wonderful experience. I had to come back 2 weeks later and currently am back on mother and baby floor but was on labor and delivery and got to see Dori and Olivia again and they are just so wonderful and some of the best nurses I have ever had! Everyone has been so nice and helpful.

My husband was recently here for cardiac surgery. When they scheduled him for surgery, we met with the pre-op teaching staff who explained what he would be going though and how to prepare for the surgery and the recovery process. The morning of his surgery, the pre-op staff were very helpful in making him comfortable and not be anxious. The CVICU staff was excellent!! They truly cared about him and wanted to make sure they provided the best care for him. I would highly recommend this facility.

Wonderful staff and great facility. Dr. Rapp took excellent care of my dad, and the nurses and remaining staff were extremely helpful and "Johnny on the spot". Thank you!!

My 93 year old Mother was taken to BNH's ER with chronic heart failure. She was treated with the utmost respect and tenderness in the the ER and after admission in her room. The doctors were fabulous and her recovery was better and faster than expected. I have never seen such a compasionate and timely team. I have been in health care for over forty five years...BNH gets FIVE STARS from me and the happy little lady pictured below!

I visit this hospital regularly as many of my church members go here. All three of my kids were born here. Our experiences with the staff and care have been excellent.

I had heart bypass surgery this last week @BNorth. The CDU and CVICU nurses were great. I must call out ERIC, DALE, BETH C., ISABELLA, CAROLINE S., JUSTE, CAMERON as the MVPs of this group. They are the kindest, most caring, and dedicated group I have ever met. All the nurses were of similar caliber, but these individuals touched my heart (quite literally). God bless each of you and a deep thank you from deep inside my heart.

Amazing hospital. I’ve had to come here for several personal emergency needs over the last two years and each time I left feeling great, with the answers and support that I needed. The food was pretty good too

The level of service from the front of the hospital to the patient rooms and ICU was amazing. Thanks to the parking staff, information desk, doctors and nurses especially Dr. Mock and his team for the awesome care that was given to my family member.

im currently in the hospital at 31 W 3 days pregnant because of what seems to be a virus, i am dealing with severe dehydration & fever. Michelle, (im guessing shes a L & D nurse since im in the L&D unit), has been absolutely wonderful. she has been so attentive , so sweet & im so thankful that she has taken such great care of me!! shes leaving now because her shift has ended but i definitely would love her in my delivery room & to see her anytime i have to come back with how amazing shes been to me & my boyfriend. seriously sweetest woman & ive felt so safe & in the right hands since i got here. shes got such a motherly vibe to her, bless her heart & soul!!!

Visited the Er for shortness of breath, was assessed fast, and given a room pretty quickly too. All the nurses & staff were very nice and friendly and made me feel at ease. Definitely the hospital I trust over some of the other choices around. Thanks so much for the awesome and prompt care! It’s so nice to be able to breath again!
