These are one of the best stores in the country. Clean, spacious, tons of choices. The prices are great as well. Stop here for anything you need or want!

One of the best Kroger I know of. Clean, fast lines w great service, excellent selection of alcohol w a liquor store, fresh sushi, fresh cheese section and good fried chicken. There is also a Starbucks w seating. They offer wine tasting events last time I checked and this store also has a 5/3 Bank and florist.

Shoutout to Lori! I think she works on the front end. I hope I spelled her name right. I left some meat the day before and ran out of the store and I knew I was missing something but I couldn't remember what it was, as I had spent over $500 on groceries and my receipt seemed accurate. Came back the next day for more groceries (6 person family lol) and she stopped me and grabbed a bag and told me to grab a new pack of meat like the one I had left at the store. Thank you Lori! Some say this isn't a big deal but it definitely is. I should have payed better attention to my purchase but at the same time, most front end staff will NOT tell you if you are leaving something behind or if you did! Good to know kindness still exists in 2024.

Kroger has it happening in the vegetable department. Check out this meal kit under $5.00. I took out the carrots and added 6 shrimp at the last minute. YUMMY for my tummy, as I tell the grand kiddos. One skillet and easy clean up too. Kroger keep it under $5 for we elderly and tomorrow night will be the Teriyaki meal. With another honest review of course.

Harpers point Krogers is so nice! I love the employees there & love the fact they don’t have to wear uniforms anymore! I love the service there too! I enjoy that they have so many options there to choose from food brands to even the stands the have from Asian food to the chicken mini restaurant Starbucks to the new place called Popped! I hope they keep them all there cuz I love Starbucks & I think of my boyfriend every time I pass it! Never tried popped before but I’m dying to try it! The customers there are very friendly too! Highly recommend Harpers point Krogers & good job to whomever runs the store! Just one suggestion I would recommend a hand sanitizer dispenser at every meat pit (like beef hams turkey pits I call) they have there because everyone touches the food there. & a suggestion that all employees wear their blue apron cuz I’ve had some customers ask me if I knew where such & such was. lol!

Very nice and clean. All your regular groceries. Well stocked. Very nice selection of OTC products. Hair care, baby, etc. Then they have more. An expansive delicatessen , including a daily grab and go deli. Self serv made dinners. Also, dinners hand picked by f you from chicken to sandwiches to take home on the spot. All made fresh for you. And we cant forget the wonderful bakery. The smell draws you in. Everything made fresh. Last of all, wine tasting. This is a great food shopping experience.

My fiancé and I were in this Kroger the day before Christmas Eve trying to order a cake for the day after Christmas. One of the store managers came up to help us, her name was Kayla, and she was awesome! She talked to the bakery folks for us, took our order and had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!

The associate assisting me at the self scan was exemplorary with helping me with a difficult gift card. Her name was Keitha. She was kind, gracious, and very patient. I could tell that customer service is very important to her!

One of the best Kroger’s I’ve been to and I frequent this location having lived at Harper’s Point Apartments. Its always clean, has fresh produce, generally friends cashier staff and helpful baggers. Parking lot can be a little chaotic but it depends on the time of day.

I wanted to do this on the Kroger Feedback website, but I'd misplaced the receipt and can't fill it out now since it's been more than a week.
The cashier, Kalia, was INCREDIBLY helpful. I realized my card expired, and she let me put everything back in the cart, set it aside, and come back an hour later when my new card was set up. It's a small thing, but it saved me *so* much time since I didn't have to go searching for all my things again. Not to mention, she was very personable and polite even when it was busy. I work retail, too, so I know how stressful a busy store can get. Being able to keep things moving without sacrificing customer service is a rare balance to find!
Thanks to ALL the Kroger staff for always being helpful, but a special shoutout to Kalia for this in particular!

This is absolutely my favorite Kroger! The staff are amazing and very helpful the environment is clean and very diverse. One amazing experience I will never forget is on a very busy day I went to check out and the cashier Rhonda (I love her accent) and Lizzie (a very helpful dietitian) were so helpful and worked together very quickly and helped me with my order. They were great to talk too 😊 and I thought it was so nice of Lizzie to come from another department to help Rhonda reduce the amount of customers in line. Harper's Point Kroger is now my favorite Kroger!

I would like to recognize Kathleen from produce department for above and beyond customer service. I came to buy a watermelon and there were none in the main room. I asked her where can I find it. She replied that they are in the back dock and haven't been brought up front yet. She then went ahead in the back room and brought me one. Great job !

Store layout is incredibly confusing, but the store is very nice. Also at this location you can no longer get rolls of quarters. I do not agree with this policy, policy should be consistent Enterprise wide, it makes Kroger look bad.

Shopped here for the first time today. I’m looking forward to shopping here more often as this store is large, nice, clean, and the staff is friendly. I’ve been going to the Blue Ash Kroger for years and getting burned out. Their recent grand re-opening was a joke. The Harpers point Kroger is more like all the stores by my parents in Indy. I don’t understand why all the nice Kroger stores in Cincinnati aren’t as nice as this one when you’re headquartered here.

This may very be the cleanest and best maintained Kroger that I've ever been shopped in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Produce and meets are fresh and well stocked. This location's expanded bakery, patisserie, and wine sommelier are excellent touches you won't find in most local groceries.

Kroger offers wonderful pricing and discounts to kroger card members. They make it very easy to save money and the gas points help a lot during the summer. We have switched to buying Kroger brand food for almost everything and have only found a few things we haven't liked.

Great Kroger's. They have a wonderful alcohol selection including a liquor store inside. Everything is well stocked and the store is clean. They have a wonderful bistro, deli, butcher, and bakery. My only complaint is that they can be very busy and other customers can be kind of rude.

Best Kroger in the city! You'll find what you need here and what you didn't even know you wanted! Be sure to stop by and get a Starbucks, do a wine tasting, check out the cheeses, sushi, and deli. Then, head back to see Chef Earl in action and sample his latest creation. When the cart is loaded down, use self-serve or see one of the friendly cashiers.

This Kroger sets a very high standard for all others. Everything about this location is fantastic! I thoroughly enjoy shopping here. And, I enjoy eating lunch here too - they have a full service hot/cold food bar.
