This was my 1st stress test and I was so nervous. Upon entering the building ,2 really nice women greeted me and got me registered. They were so nice that it calmed me down.
The rest of my time there was met with professionalism , empathy and even a few laughs. Everyone was great.

Saved my bacon AGAIN! thank you so much to front desk rep and MAM dept.! I yet again made a mistake when scheduling a mamogram for my handicapped aunt. Last time i was in the wrong building. This time i was a month early! The front desk called up and got us scheduled after enduring quite a few minutes of "elevator muzak" on hold..she really came through for us. The MAM dept. got us in pretty quickly and out just as quickly and very pleasantly considering we were messing up their schedules. So thanks again ladies, you rock!

All of the staff and the doctor were friendly and professional. There was a short wait, but not too long. My husband was treated with courtesy and respect.

I was at the Thomas Center on November 21, 2022 for a blood test. While checking in, the computer was having trouble accepting my insurance. Sandy was the lovely lady working with me. She tried several times and the computer continued to reject my insurance. I was getting nervous, as I knew my insurance was up to date. Sandy sent me ahead to my testing and after my testing was complete I looked for Sandy but did not see her. While I was driving home she called me and reassured me that the insurance had gone through! She was wonderful! What a great experience, and she went out of her way as an employee!

Very good hospital but I had to pay for two taxi services the cab fare was for the first trip was 35 . Dollars and the second trip home was 43.dollars that is so pricey only way I had getting there and me disabled too ican walk but that was too faraway for me too walk too it made me nervous just going there and getting my staples out of my right leg too I don't want too go any more over there to this hospital anymore

In and out in less than 10 minutes for walk-in lab work! Registration and phlebotomist we’re super friendly and helpful.

Walked in to have some blood work done. Check in process was quick and painless. Was in and out and about 15 minutes!

This location bills as Besthesda North even though it appears to be an outpatient facility. My ultrasound was rescheduled to this facility due to a staffing issue at my doctor's office. The bill for an ultrasound is usually about $118 and the bill at the facility is $700. There is no difference in procedure codes, equipment or anything else. They will take advantage of you as a patient.
