Alex Greenland got me in on the same day notice for my service. I live an hour and a half away and happened to be in Columbus for somewhat of an emergency so thought I would try to get my service done while I was in Columbus, and he made it happen! Best service person ever!

Had a parking light issue on my Alfa Gulia so scheduled.an appointment at Crown Alfa. Upon arrival I was meet by Alex Greenland an always friendly face. Alex promptly got the process going. When the service was complete Alex went over everything in detail and answered my few questions. I drive 40 miles one way because I always get good customer service and will continue to do so.

I worked with Matt Cogdill in service and was provided with excellent service. I lost a key fob to my vehicle and he got me a new one ordered and programmed in a timely manner. I will definitely come back to him!

Alex Greenland and his team at Crown Alfa Romeo of Dublin was very helpful and professional when it came time to do my maintenance on my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. He kept me updated with what was being to my Quadrifoglio and informed me of anything that the technicians found along the way.
