AT&T Store

Philip went above and beyond with helping me select a phone that would best fit my needs. He explained things in terms that I could understand. When I left, I was all set to go. I cannot thank him enough!

I highly recommend this AT&T location. Timothy was kind, and knowledgeable and helped with all my questions on a new upgrade. They also had a good selection of the phone I needed, where other stores were out. Thank you !!!

I stopped in to upgrade from an older phone (iPhone 10) to a newer iPhone. Lee, our sales associate, is an exceptional employee and fine young gentleman. Very good at customer service, patient and knowledgeable about the products. From the moment I walked into the store until cashing out at the register, I had my old phone converted (apps, pics, contacts, etc.) in 15 minutes max! The most flawless AT&T store visit I've ever had thanks to Lee. AT&T should feel proud knowing that a young man like Lee is doing a great job fronting the AT&T brand.

Buying a new phone is such a hassle, especially for someone who is not technically savvy. It is a task I dread. Timothy Ort, the store manager at the Avery Place AT&T store, made the task less dreadful. Timothy was very helpful setting up my new phone. He provided good customer service and was willing to spend a little extra time with a customer who was unsure of what they wanted.

The man that helped us last night (I feel bad that I didn’t get his name) was so very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service!

I had an upgrade on my phone. I walked in and Zachary was able to effortlessly help me. He was amazing and made this the best experience I've had with trading in/getting a new phone. Thank you Zachary!

My sister and I came in to get new phones for ourselves and our mom. Matt was helping someone when we came in but greeted us immediately and let us know he’d be with us shortly. He was incredibly helpful to us to find the right new iPhones, and an upgrade for our moms phone too that would be the best for her since she’s elderly. Once we chose everything he helped us to get it all set up and answered all our questions. During our time there he got super busy with other customers coming in, but did an amazing job not leaving us waiting while balancing helping others. And more than that, Matt was SO FRIENDLY and super knowledgeable. He made it a great experience! Would definitely come back here again!

Went in for business wireless internet for our rural home and they crushed it! 8 months with basically no internet and in 15 mins these guys saved our business!! Highly recommend this location! Tim is amazing and we will only go here for all our ATT needs.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T and worked with London and the store manager to do so. We ran into a few hiccups, but they resolved the issues and made it a painless experience. I’m very happy with the switch and their amazing customer service!

Taylor was the most attentive and helpful manager I’ve met. Very involved and cared about helping me find the phone with the right deal for me and my plan! Would recommend anyone to come into this store.

Tommie went above and beyond to take care of my wife and I as we changed plans and upgraded our phones! He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient, working to get us exactly what we needed, not what he or AT&T wanted to sell us.

I went into the att store for 1 cord and ended up purchasing many items and was very impressed with the store manager Tommie. If you are ever looking to buy new phone or accessories go to this store. When my lease is up with my current carrier I will be buying them from Tommie and his store. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you ATT.

I was traveling through the area for work and my phone was not functioning properly. I stopped at this particular store and Tommie greeted me as I walked through the door and was the most helpful. He was very patient with me as technology is clearly not my specialty. I appreciated the expediency of solving the issues with my phone, especially being on a timeline for work. I would highly recommend doing business with Tommie and this store in the future.

Matt was extremely helpful for my husband and I today at this location. I went to the tuttle crossing store last week and had a very unfriendly experience that made me lose some faith after being a long time customer. Matt was extremely upfront and attentive, not to mention his customer service was incomparable. We were in and out with multiple concerns resolved in a timely manner. Matt & Tommy were extremely knowledgable and honest. We discussed a solution to my data issue. I especially liked their team approach and their no-nonsense attitude. We joked that I will be back to buy my next phone from them.

Carrie was very helpful in finding ways to reduce my bill and add a new line to the account. She walked us through porting a phone number from another company to our existing AT&T account. Carrie was very thoughtful and thorough with great attention to detail.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Sales associate was very helpful. Store manager actually didn’t have the phones that we wanted but actually went and picked them up from another store. Very professional and funny. Would definitely go back to that store if I wanted to buy another phone

This is my preferred AT&T location that I go to for all my needs. The staff there are very polite and professional. I worked with Donavan specifically and he was able to get my data transferred and recommended the best case for protection that still catered to my wants. I highly recommend this place!
