This is my favorite GameStop. I will go out of my way to go here over any other GameStop. Rachel especially is awesome!

The team here is incredible. Knowledgeable across every platform and exceedingly helpful and friendly. I’ve made multiple visits over the last couple of weeks and they go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. I’ve taken my son (4) in with me the last two times to get switch games and they listen to and answer all of his questions as well with patience and genuine care, interest and excitement. I usually have good experiences at other locations that might be more convenient locations for me but the team here makes the extra bit of a drive totally worth it!

Best Game Stop around. The people here know their games. I claim this store as My Game Stop! Just so you know. The selection is great. The manager works hard and knows her stuff. Stop by and look around. You will be glad you did.

Very helpful and kind employees. They helped me find the gaming monitor I had been wanting. It was always out of stock in store and online. They located one at the Newport, Ky location and even had them hold it for me to pick up the next day! Awesome people 👏🏼👏🏼

The best GameStop location since they closed the one in Dent. Clean store, friendly staff, good stock. Can't really complain.

An amazing GameStop! I've been going here since I was young kid and staff are always super friendly and nice. I had came in and an employee named Nico was super helpful with my trade in on an old console.

Fast and friendly. Filled with people that are passionate about their job. A true example of what a gamestop experience should be like without feeling forced or overly corporatized. Gamestop inc. Do give everyone at this location a raise. Raising their morale even further could do wonders for sales and complete overall customer satisfaction.

Employee was very friendly and very knowledgable about all the product. Great job of upselling not making it noticable but because I've worked in sales I'm quit aware of it. Will definitely go back.

We always go to the same Game stop in western hills. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and dont mind that my kids play games while I look around. That last part I think is bevause they know us. They know my kids wont cause trouble and I check on them often.

The stock was pretty dysmal during this trip, but that is totally expected this time of year. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

A huge variety of games and novelties to go with them. Plus so much more. The staff are super helpful and excited to answer any questions you have to ask.

Get a lot of my games here! I can say this is one of the best GameStops in the area, staff are nice, they have a pretty good selection of games, and everything I’ve bought from them has worked in fine condition.
