The Home Depot

I pretty much live in this place, making multiple trips on days that I am working on home projects. Seems there is always some ancillary part or a different tool that I need. It is rare they don't have what I need. And on those occasions when I'm not sure what I need, one of their pros always offers good advice/ steers me in the right direction. I've purchased carpet and hardwood flooring at HD; not always 100% satisfied with the 3rd party contractors they hire, but no major issues. Standard kitchen cabinets, tubs, vanities and sinks I've purchased over the years have held up great and are still in use. My 114 year old house would be uninhabitable without HD.

Great customer service! Couldn't find security cameras or space heaters, and an associate stopped what he was doing to help me and locate them.

I arrived at 8:10 pm on Sunday, thinking the store was open till 9:00 pm. Shortly after arrival, l heard the announcer politely encourage customers to make their purchase as the store was closed. I had difficulty finding the item I was looking for. A store attendant saw me and asked if he could help. He then guided me to the correct location for the item, and did so in a pleasant and friendly way, well past closing time. I'm noticing that customer service agents are very attentive to customers! Bravo!!!

Great people work there, and most are extremely helpful. I can get lots of my ideas bought and set up for projects with a little guidance and informative instructions. Added storage shelves are always helpful.

Sent my husband here for paint a few weeks ago. I had selected the color and he showed Cathy (in the paint department) the swatch and then picked out another color and told her he thought the new color was better. She advised him to stick with the color that he was sent to get. So he listened to her great advice and the color looked very nice on my front door.

Able to pick up my online order very quick and easy.

Always have a pleasant experience at this store. Rebuilt my home using home Depot from door handles an locks, plumbing to paint water heater to sinks all the way to back yard gazebo an fire pit an so much u didn't name them literally sell everything a home made need.

Convenient, has everything you need to do home projects. They also have very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Nate the Great helped me problem solve on a project at my brothers, and is the most knowledgeable, and experienced HD member I’ve met. I’m a contractor and know my stuff, and he awed me with his knowledge and expertise on home improvement, gas/water lines specifically. I appreciate all of the help, wit, and knowledge Nate extended me. Thanks man, you helped me a ton!

Ray in electrical is awesome. All staff tonight were friendly and helpful for our lighting and air conditioning purchases. 10/10, great doing business with Home Depot!

kids workshop is a blast and everyone can find things with ease

Went into my grill and components had a representative help me out he was very informative that was trying to get more sales and I told him to stop that and he did but he was very informative overall very effective and pleasant and effective and very nice got everything done and one shopping trip five stars

I wanted to give some feedback on an employee at the Western Hills, Cincinnati branch. Harry in Appliances was extremely helpful in finding the right dryer for me. There were some hiccups but he took the time to ensure everything was taken care of. He ended our transaction with a handshake and thanked me for my patronage. I could tell by the way he interacted with his coworkers, he is incredibly personable with them, too. Kudos to Harry for excellent service!

I would say that trying to contact customer service to increase my card limit was a hassle, but that should not reflect on the store.

I just want to say that HANNAH @ The Glenway store in Cincinnati went above customer service to assist My Dad (Vietnam Vet) and I with our purchases and the Guy ( I forgot his name Navy Vet) he works in Lawn dept. They both were so friendly and helpful. We had an awesome experience today. Keep the good employees.

Needed help and was able to find courteous, professional staff members twice, without a problem. Definitely not the case at other locations. I was there at 10am on a Friday. Also, larger selection of what I was looking for, compared to my local Home Depot.

Bump to 5 stars. I've rarely had a bad experience. Sometimes I can't find the right tool but it's only when I am looking for a very specific one rarely used, most recently a TandD of a particular size. But the employees are friendly, especially when I bring my dog, and everyone is more than retail average helpful which is nice. It must be pretty okay to work for home depot, at least that one.

We visited western hills Home Depot tonight and purchased 20- 16 ft composite decking boards. Dante in the lumber department was extremely friendly and helped load all 20 and carry some to the front of the store. This was was HUGE help! He saved us time and most of all effort! Thank you so much Dante!

Great Home Depot. Always someone there to help and they always have what I need. Prices are great! I wish all the stores had such nice people working for them. Six employees helped me and all were so kind and helpful. It's give them 10 stars of I could. Thank you Home Depot❤❤❤

Recently visit Home Depot for a demo project and to buy some 2x4s. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would mention is some of the trash in the parking lot. I know it's hard to keep up on that but maybe once or twice a day someone could sweep the lot. But other than that I have no complaints.
