Live Fit Gym • Cole Valley

Recently joined Live Fit Gym Cole Valley and am wondering why I never joined sooner. The location is IDEAL for me in Cole Valley since I'm now working from home and I live 3 blocks away. I also LOVE my training sessions with Anthony! He's attentive, caring, proactive in determining how best to utilize our weekly hour together, always has great stories as he gives me instructions about new or continuing exercises. He has taught me a lot about how my own body functions and why I sometimes have pain if I don't follow his instructions. Not only is Anthony an excellent trainer, he is so motivating that I want to come to the gym as often as I can whether he's there or not. The equipment is well maintained, the staff is super friendly as has already been noted, and the gym right across the street from Luke's Local (get a Trippy Turkey Sandwich from Sammy or Ruby), Cole Hardware and La Boulangerie in case you need anything from any of those places before or after. Glad I joined! I feel so much better from working out 3x/week too!

Perfect neighborhood gym. I sort of got sick of the massive box gyms and am so glad I found this place; it is always clean, machine wipes always full, easy water bottle fill fountain, plenty of lockers. Busy time (6-730pm) everyone is accommodating and you can still use everything you need.

I visit SF every 2 months and every time I come here for the 7 day pass the experience is awesome! The gym has everything you need for a great workout and though it’s small, with some flexibility in your routine you can get it done.

The staff here is awesome, the gym is kept clean and the locker room situation works nicely during non peak hours. Gym is small, but works if you’re looking for a local workout.

I'm not what I would call a "gym person", but when I walked by Live Fit - Cole Valley on January second, I saw they were finally open (Gotta get that new years business) and decided "why not". I'm so glad I did. This place is unpretentious, friendly and has everything I need to loose the holiday extra 10 that has become the year round extra 10. The easy to navigate space is full of new machines all maintained in perfect order. I also highly recommend working with the always energetic Nicole Yessler, if you need to come up with a game plan to get back in shape like I did.

I love this gym. It's rarely crowded, even in the evenings after work. The set up is nice and it doesn't feel too cramped. The staff is always really friendly and they learned my name in the first couple times I went. Their prime location makes it easy for me to stop in after I get off work. I look forward to my workouts at CVF.

Low key neighborhood gym with pleasant, professional staff. Small but has everything you need. Not crowded. Observes mask and cleanliness protocols.

Small but clean facility with good variety of equipment. Friendly staff. Only 1 rack and 1 smith rack but understandable given the size.

solid spot for a workout. prices are a little high for what they offer—it’s a small gym with a good selection of cardio, machines and weights, though it’s a little cramped with even just a few people there (<10). staff was nice and all the equipment was clean.

at more than $100/months plus an initiation fee you’d probably want to utilize their other locations too

Having a TRX is an auto four stars from me. Great pricing packages and layout of machines.
