My Flower Shop

I'm new to SF, and my husband has been sending me flowers from my flower shop since I've been here. The arrangements I've received from this flower shop have been absolutely beautiful. This Valentine's day, I was sent a bouquet, but I had some issues. Rich the owner MADE IT RIGHT. Not only did he fix the problem, but he went above and beyond my expectations with both service and the fresh bouquet he delivered. It explains why they've been in business for so long, he really cares about his customers. Thank you Rich and thank you My Flower Shop! I Definitely recommend this shop for your gift, and flower needs!

Thanks to Rich and his team for this lovely vase of flowers. We placed the orders to do a same day delivery despite that it was a last minute request. In addition, the shop was also experiencing high demand of requests cause its valentine’s day tomorrow. Rich learned about our request and made an exception for us (something i know many shops wouldn’t do)

My Flower Shop created a beautiful, colorful floral arrangement that uplifted the spirits of my 7-yr-old granddaughter following surgery and then delivered the product precisely according to my wishes. My Flower Shop is now my flower shop.

Sending an order was easy from another state, via their web sight.
The flowers were beautiful and smelled amazing.
They were sent when I requested, and there was follow up from them afterward.

I got a last-minute notification of funeral services for a friend’s mother. I was frantic to get flowers to the cathedral in time, but Eric at My Flower Shop came through like a champ. In about an hour and a half, he did up an arrangement of beautiful cut flowers, with a potted orchid in the center for my friend to take home and plant in the yard. They even arrived at the cathedral before I did! The flowers were gorgeous, my friend was touched, and I was hugely relieved. Eric did a GREAT job on what was essentially zero notice. Hats off!! 🤗
