Live Fit Gym - Mission

Had a great experience in this mission gym - it can get busy but nothing crazy, could always get access to one of the squat racks during a session. I like that it’s clean and straight forward to use (esp as a weight lifting gym). Bring your own gym towel and lock.

The staff were wonderful - my first trial I had literally no pressure to sign up (which is the reason I signed up), and then they helped me out when I forgot to freeze my membership when travelling.

HUGE upgrade from the previous location, more space, more light, better vibe. Layout is nicely done, machines aren't jammed together like other gyms (fitnessSF)

Such an amazing fitness community! The gym is new and so is most of the equipment! Everyone is so kind, welcoming and helpful. The gym has everything you need for a great workout. It’s busy during peak hours but not so busy that you can’t get the equipment you need. So excited to continue my fitness journey here.

Small but with all the equipment for your workout routine. It is clean, not too crowded and affordable. And all the fellow gym goers are courteous, they don't monopolize a machine and clean after themselves. No unpleasant phone conversations either.
Highly recommended to people who live in the neighborhood for easy access.
P.S. You do need to keep an eye on your credit card bill for accurate accounting. But they are quick at fixing the errors.

I've been a member here for almost two years, and after belonging to numerous gyms in the city (UCSF, World Gym, 24-Hour, FitGlenGit, and Golds), I can say this has been the best gym experience I've had. It's a very comfortable atmosphere with a clientele of all fitness levels. No fitness shaming or judgement here. And a relatively recent renovation has been a gamechanger

For the most part, the staff is great. Will, the awesome manager, greets everyone by name. I've never utilized the personal trainers, and some are friendly than others if you're looking to share space.

My only "complaints" would be longer hours - 4-12am would be awesome - and that when there are 3 or 4 trainers working with clients at the same time, it can feel a like a much smaller facility.

Awesome Valencia gym. It's a bit smaller (it's better that way anyway), but it has everything you need!
Will is a really great manager there and he went above and beyond for me multiple times regarding my membership and plan.
Really awesome to have acupuncture and/or chiropractic adjustments added to your plan. Amazing chiropractor, Dr. Tannous, highly recommend!

I had some of the best work outs ever at this gym! Staff were great, especially who Eddie intro’d me to the gym and was super helpful and welcoming. Chilled atmosphere with a good vibe. Highly recommended.

I was in SF for 6 weeks for work and needed a gym. They were able to give me a great price with no hassle! Staff is friendly and the gym is never very crowded.

Easy quick and never crowded. There always room to make your own schedule. At least untill 11:pm. Peaceful, pleasant,no weird looks from some front desk hoochie. Very relaxed and kicked back.

This is a great gym to work out at. Good selection of weights and machines. The staff is super helpful as well.
