I had an FHA loan and wanted to refinance since the rates had dropped and was hoping that I could get a conventional loan so that I would eliminate the MIP. My previous lender only offered me to do a streamline financing and would have had to keep paying the MIP. I contacted the original lender on my house and he connected me with Jennifer Rudnicki. Jennifer was on it. She responded to emails right away and got me approved for a conventional loan with a lower rate than my previous lender had offered. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Throughout the whole process I was provided with a prompt and excellent service. The refinancing went smoothly and she worked with my schedule.
